the worst pharmacy ( Cedra Pharmacy 3027 3rd ave bronx , ny 10455 ) i was there on 10/11/2017 these workers are very unprofessional i had to waite there 45 mins for prescription that was send 4 days ago . then seen to female worker arguing with each other . the Manager had to stop the staff and ask for meeting becuse they was answering the phone with and attitude . all in front of other customer there . please safe your the time good some where else trust me .

A pharmacy must have professional and caring pharmacists to be successful which Cedra pharmacy lacks. The pharmacists here are nasty and disrespectful. They should be fired and replaced with caring professionals. Especially ANNA who might just be the most disrespectful person and just an overall nasty person I have ever met. Hopefully this pharmacy will close soon. BH

i'm gonna give them 1 star because there is no 0 star option, I've been on a very strict regimen of medications for 5 years and this is the first time i have issues with getting them on time, let me start by saying that due to this incident i was off of my meds for 5 days, not taking my medications every day places me at high risk of becoming sick and developing serious health complications besides all the emotional distress i have to go through, on Monday 11/12/2018 my PCP sent my prescriptions to this pharmacy to my big time disgrace, the pharmacy contacted me to set up a home delivery the next day, i told the pharmacy on that Tuesday 11/13/2018 i was going to be at work all day but that a relative of mine would pick up the package with my meds, later that day i got home from work, my relative had left my package on my bedroom's night stand, i opened the sealed package and one of the medications was missing although the receipt had been attached to the bag, instead i received a medication i had not discussed about with my doctor, the next morning the first thing i did was call the pharmacy and made a complaint, the staff member put me on hold for a while when she got back to me she rudely stated that the missing medication had been included in the package and that the preparation for this package had been caught on camera, then i spoke to the pharmacist in charge and he suggested that maybe the people i live with might have opened the package and stole it i then told him i opened the package unaltered and fully sealed, besides my roommate who is also my relative has always recieved packages for me and we have never had any issues and i know the people i live with, i live in a private house where no one would benefit from stealing my meds, to make the story shorter my insurance was billed twice and this medication is very expensive and if my insurance is overwhelmed with bills there is a limit that if i reach they can even cut me off for a whole month until all exceeded bills are cleared, nobody should go through this when it comes to their health and their regimen of medications they have to take on a daily basis, it is a very serious matter therefore it should be taken seriously, i already reported this incident to the the Health Care Bureau/ New York State Attorney General and an investigation is in process.

I was acknowledged by 5 min after arriving to the pharmacy, while being the only person on the line! One lady was yelling out lunch orders the other was on her phone. The only reason I stopped by this pharmacy was due to my daughter having the flu. I will never visit this place again!!!!!
