BAD EXPERIENCE WHEELCHAIR RENTAL
Unfortunately they weren't professional at all. I don't know if it was a one time thing but I made a reservation in advance for a wheelchair rental. The day to pick it up they said my reservation must have been lost or badly registered because they didn't have a clue I was coming. Then they managed to find a wheelchair and they offer me the service of pick it up at my hotel instead of me coming to the pharmacy. Great then, we book an appointment on the so-called day. The day comes and nobody is there. I call, they say nothing was due for today and once again they had lost all my info and didn't know there was an ongoing wheelchair rental.
I explained I had my flight to catch so they asked me to leave it to the concierge and they promised to come take the wheelchair the next morning and credit back my deposit once all done. The concierge is embarrassed, I am in a hurry for my flight, I leave it there very worried and call them back to confirm the situation is ok with the concierge and that he is waiting for them now. The next day back home I have no news, I call them, "Ho no we didn't go because we were not sure whether the wheelchair was actually at the address or not". I started explaining what was already the situation the day before, that they must have some internal communication issues and that I am losing patience. They promised to do it the next day. I called almost every day from France (with the cost you can imagine) during more than a week with them always promising to go and pick-up the wheelchair the next day and then explaining how they finally couldn't or forgot. At the end they did it, and in the meantime there were no apologies or any explications from them even if I never got mad on the phone against them and was all the time very polite.
I really discourage people to use their service, they are REALLY NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!
