It's a nice store and I spoke to sucurity guy when I walked in and he was real nice. I had never been in this store before so I didn't know where stuff I was looking for was and worker was helpful with that. The end was the cashier who was also very nice. I'll go again when in Albuquerque.

Going to this store is very convenient. But some of the employees make me feel very unwanted. They follow you around the store. Then when I got ready to check out they waited up front by the cash register. Like I had stole something. When I got ready to go to my car there was a employee standing in front of the store watching me as I got into my car to leave. I understand there just doing there job but if they had a question or was trying to find out what I was doing they should have just asked me. I don't mind talking with you

Actually have more then 3 cashiers as well as they keep there store clean, workers here are very helpful and will get you help when they do not know that certain aisle not like most Walmart where they just say its not my department and walk off.

Decent prices if you shop day to day instead of planning your meals. Staff is friendly. Their self check outs, however, will make you think murderous thoughts. There isn't always a cashier on hand.

Clean store, but self check out is oddly designed and still depends on you to scan and put the item in the bagging area. If you move anything or lean on the scale the whole process takes forever. Also, no incentives to bring and use your own reusable bags. Target gives you .05 for every reusable bag you bring.

Current store manager (Raymond) I don’t know how last name shouldn’t be working in a morgue let alone customer service. He was rude when I went in with my son and didn’t buy anything he accused me of stealing. In front of my son because I was on my bike and had bags from Albertsons. I went in looking for caramel apple wraps (Albertsons didn’t have them) and came out and was rudely harassed at the door by him he asked for my receipt to which I replied my groceries were from Albertsons. He said so you come in here on your bike with bags from another store and don’t buy anything. I told him I have my receipt for all my item if he needs to see it. And don’t talk to me like that. Then he started calling me a thief and said I was real nice teaching my son how to steal. I told him I was going to call the manager and he said I am the manager and your banned I have your picture. I won’t be going back until he’s gone one because he’s a horrible person and two because I’m banned now. For not finding what I was looking for.

This place needs help the produce is not up to par, and when i need assistance not one person to be found, sure all other package products are there and well stocked,which is why I give a 2 star and nothing more !!!! Back to produce there is never any bags above the product on the wall and when I ask if there are any i get a( sorry we are out). Last few times I had to shop there the cucumbers here so bad and rubbery and pitted they a smelt rotten I told a employee passing by and asked if there where any fresh ones in the back she said no that all we have I was not convinced so I ask another employee and she went and looked and found some her and the stocker just dumped the old produce on top of the rotten ones wow I thought needs to be fixed! !!

I shop here often and it's usually out of stock of a lot of things and doesnt have the greatest inventory, but I just bought some Pillsbury cookie dough to come home and see it expired 2 weeks ago. Not a day ago but TWO weeks ago. I just bought it 2 days ago. How could you not check what you're selling? Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. If I hadn't seen that and baked those I could've been sick. Get it together. Check the dates of EVERYTHING there before you buy it apparently. Shame on uou

There were four employees standing in the checkout area and only one open checker. We got in line to check out and she left her register to walk around it and grabbed the chain and stretched it in front of us while giving us the stink eye. We were forced to either leave without our groceries or use the self checkout, while the other four employees stood and watched. We only had three items, two were ice cream. I should have just set them down and walked out.

The thing I'm not to happy with at this location is they like to close early and they say the registers are down. The last two times I went there although I new it was close to closing (15 to 20 minutes to be exact before there closing time) I went there just to get 2 things one time and three the second time. The things I needed where even in the same row so it would have taken 10 minutes at the most to get in and out. The managers need to fix this problem.

The market is smaller than the superstores. I went their for milk and some eggs, the price I paid was slightly higher than at the superstores. However there was better service at checkout. I recommend the neighborhood store if you want a quick stop for groceries without the crowd, just know that some of the prices will be slightly more.

I always have a bad experience with their produce, they have the worst produce to where nothing is rotated out or is kept stocked. They have rotten vegtabvege and they will just put fresh or new vegetables on top of the rotten ones, that's nasty and just wrong. There is never any bags stocked by the produce always having to go an look for bags. As far as everything else they have pretty good prices on some items compared to other stores prices like the milk, milk at Walmart has been $1.98 and at Smith's will be $2.38. So in over all there produce is horrible.

It's a good market. Typical walmart pretty much, this one has nice employees, it's clean, good produce, well stocked with all necessary items, it's a safe area in Albuquerque, as safe as Albuquerque can be. It's in a good area with other shops close by. They have a money center but can only cash checks under $1,000. I tried to cash a check there over that amount and I was sent to the big walmart on menaul. They don't have the huge selection of flowers like at the grocery store that starts with an A but you can get single roses, that's my experience.

The management team is completely awful. One manager didn't know how to ring the manufacturer's coupon for infant formula correct, so they then he called over some other lady, who was not a manger and proceeded to give me attitude. I left and will never go back to this neighborhood Wal-Mart. This is not the first time something negative has happened to me at this store or the first time I've witnessed something wrong. P.S I went to Target in Uptown and they had absolutely no problem with the coupon for the formula!!

It's not just a Walmart store but a Walmart neighborhood market store now I'm not quite sure the difference I don't really care I just know it's Walmart and they got good prices they got friendly staff and they do returns so if you want to go do anything at the customer service desk you're going to have to wait in line for other people they're doing returns but other than that it's a great business grade staff real friendly clean and yeah come on down to Walmart neighborhood market

The management team is awful. None of the employees seem to know what they are doing. You either find all of them crowded in one isle or not at all. Unless you get to the paper / cleaning / laundry area. If you don't know exactly what you are getting or where to find it you will be have an employee following you within seconds. Yet they never ask if you need help and usually are unable to once you ask them. Fresh foods are not so fresh and customer service is just as clueless to everything including the stores policy or what they do or don't offer

This Neighborhood Market is around the corner from my house so I frequent here because it is so close. A few things about this store some of the employees seem "checked out", no pun intended. Also I have never received decent help finding something I needed. I always receive the response, "If it's not on the shelf we don't have it." Well thanks guy, don't try to work any harder than the minimum. The only reason I give this store 4 stars is for the pharmacy. Naim, the Pharmacy Manager always goes out of his way to come talk to me about my cancer treatment and offer more medical advice. Joann, one of the assistants is kind as can be as well as Emerald and Carissa, I appreciate them all. They really seem to care about the customer. This is my only Pharmacy! Keep it up y'all
