This has been my pharmacy of choice since they were in Hilltop Plaza. Unfortunately, my last few visits have been problematic. Items on back order, scripts not filled when I was told they were, the wrong item rung up and bagged with wrong receipt. Once again I have to make a special trip to pick up a script which was not ready. Time to shop around, I guess.

Probably the nicest pharmacy I've ever visited. Gorgeous, modern building, smiling and very helpful technition, and friendly customer service. Plus they carry generic OTC products that are a better bargain than Walmart. As an added benefit, there's a nice coffee shop in the building so walking in, the auroma is wonderful.

This pharmacy goes the extra mile to help you. The staff is very friendly and professional. Compared to all the other pharmacies in the Portales/ Clovis it is my opinion that Roden- Smith is the best pharmacy.

You need to include the name of the Rx(s) on all emails. You also need to provide a status on refills online. I couldn't find a page that displayed what Rxs I've ordered, when I ordered them and when they are expected to be ready.

Beautiful new building in a great location. The building, shared with recently opened Blackwater Coffee Co., has high ceiling, great light, and is well laid out. No crowded store to stumble around here. The staff is friendly and seem to work quickly and accurately. The drive-through makes picking up prescriptions easy when you don’t want to go inside. If you do go inside and need to wait for a few minutes to get your prescription check out the coffee shop located inside the building. Easy access back and forth between the two. Great set-up Roden Smith! It’s great to see new investment in Clovis and the surrounding communities!
