This place doesn't take care of there people. Being a temp almost a year made massive amounts of changes and expect people to just be able to learn them through a guide no training for the additional stuff they have. You dont meet goal your fired. What a joke.

This company is the reason why we should be allowed to use zero stars if we want to! The other reviewer was correct to say that Prime Therapeutics does not take care of their employees. I temped here for a little over a month and was put in a 30+ training class that was forced to learn all of Prime's clients at the same time even though no other training class had been put through that before. We received minimal time and help from more seasoned employees who tried to assist us with learning so much in such a small amount of time but it was not enough. In short, Prime set our class up to fail by rushing us. And also, the managers need to take more responsibility. I include senior management when I say that, and also the horrible trainer named Alison Ortiz (a highly unprofessional and rude person) who singled me out and basically harassed me because of something personal and unrelated to the work. And also Robbie Valenzuela for being the most irresponsible, unqualified and the most disrespectful "supervisor" I have ever had. Don't work for Prime Therapeutics!

Remember! Prime Therapeutics is OWNED by HCSC/BCBS Update 10/25/2017 - I have had to file with FTC for False Advertising. I have had to file with FCC for false information and false advertising on the Internet. I have had to file with IC3.gov for internet FRAUD!!! BEWARE! First Prime wont cover Pulmicort for asthma, so since is covered med my Care Coordinator makes arrangements with my doctor for QVar, now it just keeps getting shoved out further and further. I have filed against Prime with Board of Pharmacy, MFEA, NMAG, Michelle Lujan Grisham, both NM Senators, IC3.gov, FTC and FCC. *** REMEMBER! YOU TOO CAN FILE WITH THE BOARD OF PHARMACY AS I DID TODAY 6/20/2017!!! On 6-19-2017, I was contacted by my Care Coordinator. She had called Prime and asked about a couple of my medications. They told her that since they were OTC they would not cover them. These are listed on their covered medications in the BCBS Handbook and online. So I asked my Care Coordinator how I am supposed to pay for these without income at the present time AND why these were listed as covered medications in the handbook. No one has answers for me. This I feel is Fraudulent Advertising; I have filed this with NMAG MFEA, Consumer Protection, HHS.gov and FTC for false advertising. AVOID this Pharmacy Company at all costs!!!!!

I'm facing the same issue as another reviewer. The medication I is listed as covered and does NOT require authorization in their handbook, but they are denying coverage. It's frustrating. I've been dealing with this for two weeks now and am about ready to start reporting them--if they don't even follow their own rules then there's not much else to do.

These contractors that try working here do not put effort in that is why they are being let go. The company, employees and supervisors are actually all really great. People don't try hard enough.
