Well, some things are not very good here... on the administrative side. I had to ask them to mail the prescription to me 3 times before it finally was (even though it was indicated in the initial notes when creating my file). However, the pharmacists are great - friendly demeanor, and patiently answering questions.

I'm so impressed w/ the quality of the people at Del Norte Pharmacy! They are unfailingly helpful and polite. Better still, they're accurate! The pharmacy has special-ordered prescription medications and medical equipment for me, and they have been knowledgeable, helpful, and priced competitively too. Even when busy, they are quick - and they actually have seats where I can wait.

Love this pharmacy and their service. Their suppliments are sometimes pricy but are good quality. They also have delivery for perscriptions which works well for me be cause I have a condition that, at times, makes it hard to get out when I need to.

This is one of the only compounding pharmacies in the entire city and their service is so godawful, it's almost funny. It regularly takes 10 days and more just to get these people to accept a refill order. My doctor;s office called them 3 times before they took the order correctly. I wanted the order delivered and they sent it to my old address (haven't lived there in years) after I painstakingly went through my new address with the pharmacist not 3 hours before. God knows if I'll even get it tomorrow. It's been 2 weeks since trying to call in the order. AVOID these people at all costs. They are phenomenally bad at their jobs.

It's a good pharmacy and they have treated me pretty good. But sometimes they can be really slow about doing things. I'd give them five stars if they could pick it up a bit and get things done a faster. I normally don't have to wait so long at other places.

Needed an O2 concentrator STAT to make a flight home. Robert and all the pharmacy staff were amazing and helpful. Coordinated care with the urgent care beautifully, and made what could have been a disastrous day safe and comfortable for my sick spouse. We can’t thank you enough!

Took a perscription to this pharmacy on a Friday, the person there said they could not make up this script for 3 days, and they don't work on Saturday. I think her name was Lisa. I called around and found another pharmacy that would make up the compound on a Saturday and asked Del Norte to send the script to the other pharmacy. The very sarcastic employee at Del Norte said "you aren't going to get anyone to fill this on a Saturday". I did find someone to make up a compound perscription on a Saturday and would not reccomend Del Norte, nor would I take any scripts there. Use Medicap.
