One of the worst experiences of my life. I was in incredible pain and was told my insurance doesn't cover the treatment and I need to be self pay in order to receive infusion services. Having no time or the presence of mind due to illness to be able to make a decision, I signed my life away. Comes out my insurance would cover the treatment and Coram says they will submit the claim to them. Coram never did as promised and even after multiple calls with my insurance on the line they sent me to collections rather than submitting my claim to insurance. Now I am on the hook for double the amount I was told I would be responsible for due to Coram not having the medication on hand and me having to go for 3 days rather than 2. I tried for months to dispute the claim and even though when my insurance company was on the line they said they would help, they never actually did, when I called back they said the supervisor had decided to deny the claim. Horrible and dishonest customer service taking advantage of people in need.
