I needed this place because of their ability to ship packages. The Artesia post office recommended them. The staff was helpful and I was in and out quick after shipping my package. It is a cute small town drug store.

Cozy little pharmacy with an interesting selection of vitamins and such. The ups shipping is extremely useful as is their drive thru service. As fast and friendly as you could ask for and much faster than Wal-Mart.

Extremely poor service and very rude. Listed as a UPS pick up so went send off return items. The guy interrogated me about what was in the boxes like I was shippig drugs or something. He,asked how I planned to pay I told him return shipping was covered by Amazon and tried to show,him the email they sent and he stated he doesnt look at cell phones and told me if i wasn't paying I needed to leave the store. So I did and I don't plan on returning. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but Brown Drug has lost my business for good.

Would never consider anywhere else... I call and they recognize my voice before I even say who I am. They know everything about me family and take individual care of each of us. They ask how we are doing and feeling and truly care. We were in the hospital out of state and had Various issues needing special meds and supplies I was able to text and call and everything was taken care of before we even made it home. They made sure I didn’t need to worry about anything other than taking care of my sick child. I will never do business anywhere else!
