Lazy unfriendly staff most of the time. The techs are either uneducated or just don't care. They refused to fill four of my medication and one of them they suggested I go to another pharmacy for because it could take months to get. It was just an EpiPen. They try to make you feel like you are incompetent and stupid. Their shelves are practically empty. I recommend that you go to the pharmacy like two blocks away.

Good service except this last time I got an open bottle and less than half my prescription missing... Those are my depression pills for when I'm sad, alone and dreaming... Hopefully nobody gets hurt in my dreams from me ninja kicking them in a few days!!!!!!.... I feel like crying

I made a mistake while trying to clear out earwax out of my three year old's ear that resulted in her ear bleeding a little. It was Tuesday and a no-walk-in day at Presbyterian. I called Bob's trying to find someone to help me and Bob kindly said he'd recently bought the thing the doctor uses to look in your ears and though doesn't usually do that kind of thing, he'd be willing to let me use it to see better into her ear. I'm thankful for people like Bob in Tucumcari. For a mom feeling anxious, I'm ever grateful. He also mentioned that Presbyterian would probably see my daughter even on days there aren't walk-ins with doctors and he was right.
