Phone service is not always great as some of the people sound upset that you’re calling in, but still get the job done. Inside the pharmacy the service has always been good, quick and helpful. Best priced pharmacy I have found in Las Cruces. Thanks

I took my prescriptions for my meds in a couple of days prior to my hip surgery. I was told at that time to call the Pharmacy when I am home from my surgery and my meds would be delivered. Nothing more. I arrived home and called the Pharmacy at which TIME I am THEN advised I needed prior authorization from my prescribing Physician So, I called my Physician's office and explained my situation and that I only had enough pills to get me through one more day. The following day I am called and advised that the prior authorization has gone through. This was shortly after 12PM. yesterday. I immediately called the Pharmacy and noone answered so I left a message stating I had just been told the authorization had gone through and that I badly needed my medications. I received a call back from a Pharmacy tech shortly after, at which time I am advised I've called past the time of which is allowed for prescriptions to be delivered for that day which was 12pm. I missed it by approximately 30 to 45 min, being I had just been notified myself that my meds were approved. I told the tech that I've just been released from hospital from having hip surgery and by now I needed my medications, she proceeded to very sternly tell me, that I had too call before 12pm. so the meds could be delivered. I explained I had no pills left to get me through the night or further on and she with no hesitation for compassion or exceptions, just said it was too late. Now, I had been attempting to fill the pills since arriving home from the hip surgery. And I was NEVER told upon dropping off my prescriptions, that I needed prior approval or I would have taken care of it while still at hospital to ensure I had my meds delivered promptly after my discharge. I called the ASP Pharmacy again today the 4th day after surgery to make sure I will FINALLY receive my very much needed meds and THEY are going to be delivered today (assuming this MORNING) being I was told I called to late for a delivery yesterday. Just to find out the deliveries do not go out until after 2pm to 5pm. Making me not only very upset that an exception could not have been made yesterday (considering the dire circumstances) and me not having any meds since last night. Now, only too learn I HAVE to go yet an additional day due to this Pharmacy not caring about their patients health or well-being without their meds to help them better to get through their pain/surgery, just because they lack enough compassion to not break protocol. This was the ONLY reason for me to go over to this specific Pharmacy was because they delivered. Well, ALOT of good it has done for me under these unkindly and cold circumstances. I asked to speak to a manager earlier this morning and I have yet to receive a call back. So, I don't have any choice but to continue suffering in horrible pain only because this Pharmacies rules override the comfort and well-being of their patients. Guess, I will be seeking a much more customer/patient friendly pharmacy. Because this one most certainly lacks compassion or a patients comfort. Meanwhile, I'm sitting here in terrible pain crying still awaiting my medications since yesterday. Really? Is this good customer service I think NOT! ! !

They are always so friendly! Also, they went out of their way to call insurance and took care of that easily. I love their staff and they fill prescriptions fast.

Had an 11 am appointment and it's now 12. Who let's their patients sit in the exam room for over an hour?
