Associates are rude. There is a long wait to get a refill mostly more than 24 hours which is ridiculous they are always transferring your prescription to a sister pharmacy that is not even in the area without your approval. I am so tired of their service but my doctor insisted on sending it there. Avoid their services

DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOU PRESCRIPTION FAST. Estimated time is 3 week. Worse customer service. Called multiple times over 3 weeks and their response is “I’ll call you back..” and never did. Still haven’t received my prescription.

Fantastic. SIP has changed the game when it comes to prescriptions, and even Walgreens knows this place is serious competition. Their prices for drugs are lower than anywhere else, and they try to get you discounts whenever possible. Their employees are helpful and knowledgeable, they even know who you are when you call. When you order drugs from them, the meds will arrive in the mail usually within a day. I can't say enough positive things about SIP.

First class customer experience. There was a miscommunication between the Dr. and the pharmacy (not their fault), and unfortunately at the time I was there the Dr's office was closed. These guys could not have been more accommodating. While they weren't able to alter my daughter's prescription, they did everything the could to ensure my daughter would be comfortable overnight until the Dr. could be reached. Above and beyond.
