I went there for Cough and cold syrup for 4 years old.The guy who is at the counter he don't what he is doing.He gave me three times wrong medicine when I corrected him he was frustrated and thrower the medicine in the box near to him.i asked him why you are frustrated he said my fault I am sorry.Thats ridiculous they don't know what they are doing.Please don't go to that store.

You must be good if i come all the way from union county to fill my scripts here. I use to live in JC and i never used this store until my doctor said he was calling it in to this store because he knew they will help me out with my scripts more then other pharmacy. Thye have a great customer service and responsible people.

I went in with my mother to ask a question to see if her insurance covers some compression socks she needs and the two workers in the front were extremely rude to her. I hate it when people who have customer service jobs suck at it. One girl with brown wavy hair at the register seemed like she didn’t understand my mom so I re said what my mom said and she gave me an attitude saying “I understood her!” And then she sent us to another guy that was in the other section to the front with black hair brushed back and glasses. My mom asked her question and he didn’t even look at her and said “no señorita” while looking at his screen with his attitude. I don’t understand why people aren’t so nice. You never know how speaking to someone in a certain tone can affect them.

Chris is one of the best workers here. He's very helpful and knowledgeable. And always greets you with a smile. Best pharmacy to go to. They always help in getting you the best medication that you need. I always feel great after going to the doctor's that they will have all my prescriptions ready..... with little to no wait.

This pharmacy is ok The pharmacist is knowledgeable But the people in front of the register Are very rude! I’ve taken my prescriptions Three times there and the young guy that takes the prescription is very rude, he’s not cordial in fact he’s very obnoxious. And the young lady that’s on the lottery area, also has treated me Very rude and sarcastic if I ask for a ticket or anything for that matter. Won’t come here anymore, it sucks!

Theres this one young hispanic guy that never smiles, he is rude to the max! I work in the medical field myself and I know working with patients can be overwhelming, but this guy is just miserable all the time! Last time I went they called my daughter's name for the medication when i go to the counter hes's standing there so i thought it was him that called me but he just staring at me with a mean face instead of telling me "oh no mam it was him that called you" or something....this is just one of the many experiences with him...the first time i went i gave him my insurance cards with another pharmacys card holder and with an attitude he just throws it out without even asking me lol .....i really cant stand him! I only go there because I live up the block and it's whenever I have a last minute Rx for my daughter. It sucks that his attitude and actions reflect on the rest and Pharmacy itself!

I am a longtime customer of Pintos Pharmacy. They have superior customer service with a personal touch and always have gone the extra yard for me. Everyone I have ever dealt with there has always been professional,kind,and considerate. They even called me to wish me a happy birthday.

I came in and gave my nsurance card and what I thought was my prescription card. Some young guy with crazy hair comes over and says that is garbage . Referring to my card. If it's the wrong card fine but to interrupt me and the girl and saying my card is garbage so unprofessional smh. Then the same guy I start to notice is talking really rude to he female employees. I let it go the first few times. Next thing you know. Hear "it's 2ml there is a difference " in a rude way . I felt so bad how he was treating them. I ask to speak to manager . I tell him and he says if the girl sees nothing wrong with it then it's ok. And worry about myself. Was he rude to me. I explain how he called my card garbage . And he said he would talk to him. Next hing you know they are both laughing in the bag straying on. I feel bad for those girls. Probably only job they think they can get . If I wasn't so sick I would have made a bigger scene. Btw reading past reviews just now, I can see other people had issues with the same guy.

I switched from one of the big chain drugstores to Pintos a few years ago and I'm glad I did. The staff is really kind and efficient. They remember my name and always have my prescriptions ready within a few minutes. It's nice to walk into a pharmacy where the staff remembers you.

roughout recent years I've had some very unpleasant experiences with pharmacies.. One day my Dr. suggested that I visit Pinto Pharmacy. I was skeptical at first due to the horrible experiences I've encountered elsewhere and the complexity of my medicinal situation. Which was that there was always an excuse for others not being able to provide my needs. Two years later, Harry and his staff at Pinto, in particularly Christopher, have been nothing short of a blessing. They've never uttered the words "no.. can't... Or maybe ." It's always "yes.. sure.. Or let's see what we can do to help". My family and I owe a great deal of gratitude to this business. In fact to call it a business seems odd considering they've treated me like family.. They don't accept Amerigroup and the way the guy told me it was rude. I had asked for Silvadene. He asked if I had a prescription. Well unless you sell illegally prescription medicine, uh yes I have a prescription!

I went in for a quick script and I was tended to very diligently and very professionally at first with the front staff on the pharmacy side. definitely would like to keep doing business with this pharmacy. plus their location is very convenient. also I ran in for some otc cold remedies and the young guy at the front remembered my name! could not ask for better service!

I just started using Pintos and the customer service and care is awesome. Not only the best ive had at any pharmacy, but some of the greatest ive had in any establishment in jersey city. I deal with Chris alot but all the staff extends a helping hand and knowledge and it seems they work together always as a team along with introducing themselves by name, which make it more personable such as Jay and the driver shanish* who was even pleasant although he seemed to have much more deliveries after mine this is always important especially for such personable matters. Their delivery and follow ups are fast and prompt. Good staff good seevice and what seem like seamless effort is what every retail experience should be like. Thank again y'all!!

I've had many health related issues over the past 7 or 8 years and have visited several pharmacies in the area. Pinto's has been by far the best experience. The Pinto's staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and has always been incredibly professional. The pharmacist seems to genuinely care about his customers and he routinely greets you with a smile. For me, no other pharmacy in this area compares to Pinto's. Suffice it to say this pharmacy gets my highest recommendation!

I have also been coming here since it was previously owned and known as Owens. The former owners were attentive and friendly. If it wasn't that this pharmacy was conveniently located within walking distance of my home I would not be coming here for medicine. The staff is rude and snobbish and the younger ones sometimes have smart remarks. Last time I was there I had been standing and waiting in the "pick up" section immediately after "dropping off", when the prescription was ready one of the males stared at me with a pissy face until I noticed instead of verbally grabbing my attention. They treat me like a nuisance every time i come in and I don't see them treating other customers any differently. DO NOT GO OUT YOUR WAY FOR THIS ONE.

I have been coming to this pharmacy since it was Owens by the Chinese. They were very friendly and pleasant with the customers. I manly go there for my mom's medication. Let me tell you, Now, the have the rudest people working there. It's like they don't even want to help you. The only person that's friendly is the girl that works there. To my bad luck she's not always there when I go. She's very helpful but, the young boy. He really needs to learn some manners. Aside from the fact that when people talk to him in Spanish he pretends not to understand! With that Peruvian face, really? I guess I start refilling my moms prescriptions downtown at palace pharmacy!

I have nothing but good things to say about Pinto's Pharmacy. I have severe Rheumatoid arthritis and let me tell you the injections I use are not available at every pharmacy. I took in my script and the staff was very friendly right from the beginning. They were very detailed and meticulous and even printed out a drug monograph for me! On just my second visit they remembered my whole name!! I ended up transferring all 13 of my prescriptions to them because I really liked the environment and it just gave me the familiar feeling. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
