I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Mandell's Pharmacy! I live in New York City, but obtained my drugs through Mandell's and could not be happier. As everyone else, daily life is busy. I had emails and phone calls (or voicemails) every step of the way to inform me of the status of my order. I found the online registration system very intuitive and user friendly, and delivery of the drugs was seamless. Also, and most importantly, the staff was so kind and professional. They took the time and patience to explain what they were doing (e.g., calling insurance company), and made sure to verify critical deadlines. All this with extreme courtesy and good humor. Do not hesitate, and have your meds handled through Mandell's!

I’m adjusting from 1-star to 5-star review because the business is responsive and reactive to customer reviews. After my initial review, the owner called me within an hour to apologize after reading my review. She explained how what had happened happened, and she said that she would use my experience as a learning and training opportunity for employees. While waiting an hour raised my anxiety given other things I had going on during the day, it was refreshing to know that they care about customer experiences. Mistakes happen, but the important thing is how businesses address them. Thank you! Initial review: “Took them over an hour to process a prescription for pick-up when I was the only person in the office. Slow processing department, and receptionists are unwilling to help and poorly trained. I had to dig for my reference code, they didn’t know to ask for it. An hour wait is silly!”

There is nothing pleasant about infertility treatment EXCEPT dealing with the Mandells Pharmacy staff. In this fifth (or maybe we're at sixth?) round of treatment, I'm once again delighted with every single person I have spoken too. They keep me in the loop, make sure I know what's going on, and handle every aspect of the process that they can on their end. I would never ever go back to another fertility pharmacy (ahem... Freedom...). Highly, highly recommend.

Unfortunately I cannot remember the man’s name who assisted me but he was very friendly, he didn't treat me as a burden. They were very kind on the phone, however they priced considerably higher than their competition. For 18 units of crinone, they quoted slightly over $540.00. Barron's quoted $363 & Acaria quoted $326.82. Barron's and Acaria had a coupon they were able to offer & when I inquired about the coupon with Mandell's they said they did not have one that applied to OOP patients. Again, staff was friendly but I would highly suggest price shopping before ordering. I have had very good experiences with Barron's and Acaria... with IVF being so expensive, every bit helps! I would still price Mandell's in the future, as it had nothing to do with their service... just surprised the pharmacies don't have access to all the same pricing, which is why it is important to price shop and know you are allowed to do so :) best of luck to everyone on this journey!

BEST.PHARMACY.EVER. I have never had such an effortless experience during such a stressful time in my life. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I was even called to make sure I had needles at home that hadn't been ordered by my doctor. Wouldn't recommend any other pharmacy! ....Having a coupon applied that made my Gonal F copay $0 = priceless!

Horrible I am so disgusted with this pharmacy, they tried to deliver my package on Friday I was not here I was at the fertility doctor bc my appointment ran late so I missed the shipment it was the weekend so the fulfillment office was closed in my area and the shot wouldn’t have been any good because of the weather in New Jersey right now, it is extremely hot, and as I am told this needs to be refrigerated at all times..I called customer service and asked If they would please send me a new shot since this one was no good they were extremely rude first of all and they said I would have to pay for an entire new prescription as well as shipping on top of that! I told them I would pay for shipping but not for a new prescription because this was not my fault. This pharmacy is money hungry and I will never use them again and will let everyone I know to never use this pharmacy!

I have been using Mandell's Pharmacy since July '17 for all of my fertility medications and the process has been effortless. Their employees are very focused on providing excellent customer service. Not only are they informative and friendly, they are compassionate. Infertility is a stressful and emotional process, Mandell's helped take a large amount of stress off our shoulders. Medications were always delivered on time, and packaged neatly with directions for each item, no confusion when you open the giant box of medications. I could NEVER use another fertility pharmacy.... Mandell's is the BEST! Thank you!

I could not be happier with my Mandell's experience. My husband and I used Mandell's services for fertility meds. The staff are compassionate, and are dedicated to excellent customer service, going out of their ways to ensure meds are delivered on time. There was a snafu in the delivery of our medication - Fed Ex was unable to locate our house, but Mandell's acted as a mediator between us and Fed Ex, calling frequently to give us updates on the location of the delivery truck and estimated time of delivery. Thank you, Mandell's! Highly recommended!

I have insurance so I can't comment on them "jacking up the price", what I can tell you is I've never used a pharmacy where the people are so friendly and treat you like an actual person. They go out of their way for you. I highly recommend them!

Mandell’s has by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are attentive, friendly and professional. I called after 2 pm for refills unexpectedly needed the next day, and they were able to process everything and get it shipped to me with no issues. They are so helpful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality services at a low cost for fertility medicine.

Do not use this Pharmacy. They quote you prices, take your info down then when you try to order your medication, THEY JACK THE PRICE UP!! Use someone like Alexander's Twin Pharmacy.

i had an urgent prescription that needed filled. They refused to run the prescription through my insurance because they would not get paid enough. They didn’t tell me this was the case until it was too late to be filled elsewhere. I would have had to pay $9 through insurance but had to pay $255 plus $15 in shipping. Edited: after leaving a comment on their website , they worked out a price with my insurance company and reimbursed me for the difference minus the new copay.

Very professional and helpful. I never waited on the phone more than 4min in a queue. Friendly associates. At my local pharmacy my medication cost was $175 out of pocket. With Mandells it was $109 out of pocket. Prompt fedex shipping that was included in the cost of the medication. I will definitely go through them again in the future.

After the absolute nightmare the Freedom Pharmacy has proven to be, i was directed to Mandell's. They were kind, professional, listened, and were motivated to provide service. Not only did they not ask for a payment upfront for an unknown cost like Freedom does, they called me back once they figured everything out. They even provided a nice letter offering help and kind words. But the best part: They even sent me chocolate Hershey kisses! Such a nice gesture, and I'm so happy i switched!
