I had such a terrible experience with the Pharmacist and staff of this Pharmacy. They are incredibly rude and practice shady business tactics. They refused to reverse prescriptions that they had billed without permission!!! The insurance company, relative of the patient, and pharmacy called and they refused to reverse the prescription. The Pharmacist Sam is extremely unprofessional and rude. He yells at his peers and harassed me personally. STAY AWAY!!!

THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST - PLEASE RUN!!! RUNNNNNN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I BOUGHT A HUMIDIFER AND IT HAPPENED TO BE THE WRONG ONE I TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX BUT NEVER USED IT. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE IT WAS OPENED AND JUST KEPT GIVING ME A HARD TIME ABOUT IT. IT’S SAD WHEN YOUR COMPANY GETS SUCH LITTLE BUSINESS THAT YOU CANNOT EVEN TAKE A RETURN. IVE DONE A LOT OF BUSINESS HERE BUT WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THAT THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD. PLEASE JUST STAY AWAY, THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER GOOD, ETHICAL PHARMACIES IN THE AREA. IF THIS PLACE CONTINUES TO CHEAT HARD WORKING CITIZENS OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY, THEY WILL NOT BE AN OPTION FOR LONG.

Edit: The lady at the front who checks you out YELLED out that my Specific Medicine was not ready yet. Who the fuk yells out the name of the medicine ??!! That’s HIPPA VIOLATION. Please train your staff better!!! Before you get sued! So I like these people as I've been coming here for two years now, however sometimes the girl up front (Spanish, curly wet look with long acrylic nails) can be rude. She has shut the phone off on me before. Also!!! They say medicine is really if you have more than two but it's NOT! Happened several times- I'm giving three stars cause they notice and do it right away only make me wait less than a min. The desi people that work there are REALLY sweet!!! Love them I wish they hired more desi people there.

I had a terrible experience, I called to get my RX delivered every day for over a week and the staff told me they were working to get my RX authorized by my insurance. After 12 days I finally called my insurance myself. It took my insurance only 5 minutes to tell me that the specific RX my doctor prescribed was not covered.

Mr. Chidd in the pharmacy is always so kind and gracious and helpful. He is patient with customers and listens to the unique questions and concerns with great attention to detail and thoroughness. He is a friendly and compassionate pharmacist and kind person and reflects greatly on Fenny pharmacy for hiring such great staff.

I had a terrible experience at this place but it was close to my doctor office so I came anyway. Never again! They don't greet you or ask if you need help nor tell you how long the wait will be. But they will stare at you like they are crazy. They will answer a phone before attending to someone in front of them. I should've checked the reviews before coming here but I will never be back. Save your time and sanity go to a different pharmacy. And to add insult to injury I listened as the woman at front violated HIPAA law. She spoke to her co worker about a customer on the phone yet I heard the customers name, issue, insurance information and other PII. Little do they know I am in the medical field. Don't give this unprofessional place your business go somewhere else.

I have been going to this pharmacy for close to 2 years now, and I can say I've never had a negative experience. The staff is quick and very friendly, they actually usually have bilingual cashiers for those of us more fluent in Spanish. The pharmacists there are so efficient and usually find a coupon for you. With my insurance one of my medications's co-pay was still $40, but they found me a coupon that got it down to $5! I recommend Fenny Pharmacy to everyone I know.
