I don’t know how people get their prescriptions any other way. I love, love capsule and cannot sing their praises enough. Hello people, they deliver your prescriptions for free! That’s enough for me but they also go above and beyond to deal with your insurance company, communicate and reschedule your deliveries or renew your prescriptions all over text, and they respond so fast! I’ve also never had an is with one of their messengers. They have always been so nice. Honestly the best idea ever and they should expand to other cities. Thank you Capsule for making my life 1000x easier. You’ve probably added 5 years back to my life for not only saving me the stress of dealing with insurance and cities but also tons of time.

CAPSULE really does do it all; they communicate with your doctor, they communicate with your insurance company, and they do it QUICKLY. What’s more, they text you back within minutes. Excellent customer service. Super convenient as you don’t have to leave your apartment. They deliver your meds on the same day and are very accommodating. I love that I can chat with them and explain any issues or situations. No answering machines, no calls need to be made and they are always available. I love their packaging too! Capsule has made such a huge difference in my life. I have a lifelong condition that requires me to have medication that is not the easiest to get. I am dependent on it to function. Capsule has made getting it, working with my insurance etc. easier. I used to have to find a pharmacy and request in advance that they carry it. Even with that established, sometimes they would run out. Capsule hasn't ever run out of my medication. The only issue that has happened is that a manufacturer stopping carrying it. Even when that happened they informed me right away and worked on finding another one. In a matter of a day or two everything was resolved. I don't have to go wait in lines, my medication comes to me. On days that are hard to make a trip to the pharmacy, this has made getting my medication easier and I feel very taken care of. You can talk directly with the pharmacist through the app or email or even phone, but I haven't needed to do much on the phone with them. Their customer service is far exceeds any pharmacy I have ever been to. I don't know how I lived without them, and I don't want to go back to a regular pharmacy again! Thank you Capsule for helping to improve my quality of life and making managing my medication so much easier!

I am the grandson of a pharmacist (he’s long gone — it was mostly in the era of mom and pop shops). So, i always hesitated using even the chain pharmacies. Thus of course I hesitated with Capsules, but in the end they keep me far more organized and together and saved me a ton of time and most importantly helped me communicate with doctors’ offices and insurance companies — they are very persistent about it if necessary). Many chain pharmacies can have a rush of customers and you’ll be sitting in there with bad lighting and bad air getting frustrated where Capsules has it set up where you can just get deliveries, on time,and they also always fight for you to get the proper manufacturer or generic manufacturer. They help me a lot with organizational problems and the customer service team is exceedingly patient!

I really like using Capsule. They make getting your medication very easy and they found a HUGE discount on one of my medications. However, their is a major downside: the delivery times. The only options I've ever been given (and I've used Capsule for roughly a year) were either between 6pm and 9pm or 8pm and 10pm. Other than that I am happy & satisfied with Capsule.

I’m not usually one to post reviews let alone about a delivery pharmacy service but this company changed the game for me with my prescriptions. Customer service is rooted in everything they do - they call insurance companies, remind you when it’s time to refill, update insurance info for you. Their app is super easy to use and the delivery windows are short and convenient. I honestly tell everyone about them when I can because I’ve never had any issues with trying to run to the pharmacy to pick something up and they’re super nice all around.

Despite the very promising claims to be personable and to cut the typical for pharmacies bureaucratic approach, it feels like dealing with a bunch of robots, especially the “live chat” (that only works during the business hours) if you need to get a hold of them... — Which you will a lot, especially, if you get more than one medication more then just once a year, as there is always something wrong in the app! The wait adds up to days — compared to the 40 minutes in your regular, off-line pharmacy.

Between long wait times, medication shortages, issues with insurance, and a lack of concern for your privacy and general wellbeing, most pharmacy experiences are just unpleasant. Capsule not only removed every challenge associated with getting regularly prescribed medications from a traditional pharmacy, but they actually advocate for you with insurance companies and doctor's offices. They even found a coupon for one of my medications that dropped my copay from $40 to $5. I don’t really ever leave reviews but I felt like I should because the customer service is so good. I called because my prescription had spent 12 hours in processing (usually it takes just an hour or 2) to check on the status of the order. Within 5 minutes on the phone the individual at Capsule I spoke with informed me it was an issue with my insurance provider, got someone on her team to contact them and resolve the issue, and then she set up delivery for me to receive my prescription within a few hours. I was very impressed so I am here leaving a review.

When my doctor's receptionist first told me about this service it seemed like a great idea. I ordered a prescription cream out of pocket for $800 - it arrived at my home in the evening at around 8PM. I had asked for a receipt to be emailed to me and included with the prescription multiple times, which was not done at all. When I tried to use it before I went to bed, I noticed that the tamper evident aluminum membrane was broken. The following morning I called to get it replaced. A few hours later, they then had their pharmacist call me, asking me for the lot number so that he could call their manufacturer. I was a little frustrated at this point, because before they call the manufacturer, they could simply just switch out my product to a new one. I then asked for them to come pick it up so that I could just go to a Rite Aid in the first floor of my office. I then had to schedule a time for their courier to come pick it up while I was at work. Then I had to call them back for them to process the refund. Then I had to call them back for a refund again, seeing that it was not being done. Finally 24 hours later, I received an email stating that only $650 had been refunded. I had to call back to ask about the remaining $150. The manager Genesis seemed to find it very amusing that I was annoyed - I could not believe her rudeness. She then gave me some strange excuse saying that the $150 was my copay - how does that make any sense if I was paying out of pocket for this medication? Moral of the story, convenience can conversely cause a whole slew of problems, especially when it comes to medication. I am so disappointed with Capsule's service, and I most definitely will not be using it anymore. What an absolutely dreadful, ridiculously bad experience. Do yourself a favor and just go to a CVS or Rite Aid. Damaged products, terrible and rude customer service - do you really want that for your health?

I've gotten the opportunity to work for Capsule, and during the interviews the hiring managers portray Capsule to be this awesome place to work where you can move up within the company which was all a lie! The actually pharmacy resided in this very trashy area, there was barely any room to move or work around within the pharmacy, there is NO BREAK room to get away from all the chaos, and what makes it A LOT worse is the fact of the lack of communication between managers, pharmacists, the techs, the delivery coordinator.. it was all a disaster!!! Truly the worst company I have ever worked for!!!! Honestly 17 dollars an hour is not worth working for Capsule!!!!

LOVE Capsule!!! It’s so convenient especially living in Manhattan. They deliver same day and have times you can pick from to drop off which is amazing since you need a signature. I have I delivered to my work but they even deliver as late as 9pm to your doorstep! Really great customer service too, I called them after I lost one of my subscriptions and they settled and called my insurance instead of me having to deal with it and be on hold for hours- they texted me when it was all resolved and I could get a replacement. 10/10 recommended :)

Absolutely first-rate service - I called, initially, to transfer one prescription from a completely ruthless and out-of-control Walgreens/Duane Reade. The young lady with whom I spoke was so helpful and nice in the extreme and the price for that one medication was roughly a third of what the Walgreens behemoth was charging me. Within the week, I went to my doctor who sent my prescriptions to Capsule. He knew about them and had nothing but praise for them. He called Capsule, confirmed the transfer (there was a controlled substance among them, by the way) and it was a seamless operation. I did have a question for the pharmacist, who, AGAIN, could NOT have been nicer nor more accommodating. The very next evening, my medications were delivered to my home - no easy feat since I live in what I call an outpost, not a neighborhood, in far-flung Brooklyn. I am truly amazed at the level of efficiency, helpfulness and kindness I encountered with the fine people at Capsule - and I saved so a ton of money. A marvelous and ingenious service and a great ally in the "Duane-Readeinazation" of Gotham - kudos and accolades to outstanding folks at Capsule Pharmacy.
