I cannot say enough about the home medical department. I went to have someone check out my C-Pap Machine. The gentlemen that helped me was over the top helpful. He trouble shooted my machine in an instant, offered great advise and had me going with everything I needed. He took the time to listen and honestly wanted to help. This guy is a keeper and I cannot say enough about him. He deserves a raise, and NOW.

Great place to fill your needs. When GPS searching remember it's near Elliot at Riverside otherwise you end up a few miles away at the Elliot Hospital.

The staff is extremely customer focused and will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. The pharmacists are very efficient and quick in filling prescriptions, especially my out of state scripts!! They've never said, "sorry , we're out of that and it'll be in in a couple days". That alone blew my mind at other pharmacies!! Yes , Everyone here is so very helpful and courteous.... At this pharmacy, you're not just a number in line. How refreshing to have service with a smile and compassion for your needs to be met!!!

Every time i drop my prescription off at the Elliot days in advance , trying to avoid the 30 min wait , even when i call in advance making sure its been filled. Every time i go to pick it up i'm still waiting 30 mins! OMG!! Why bother dropping it off days earlier if its not going to be ready the day your suppose to pick it up. What bother's me the most is when i ask the pharmacist what i'm doing wrong here? Why i'm still waiting when i dropped it off days earlier? Her response is as she is rolling her eyes at me and not being professional on her part making me feel uncomfortable. I wish I could just pick up my prescription without being judged!! Hopefully someday they will get their act together.

Elliot pharmacy is aweful, the worst. At least for employees. It takes days to get my kid's ADHD script filled. I pick up the prescription (from an Elliot doc) and bring it to the pharmacy.... no big deal with Rite Aide, Walgreens or CVS - it would be ready in less than an hour. But Elliot Pharmacy makes you drop off the script and then wait DAYS for verification FROM THEIR OWN DOCTOR. So, why not just go elsewhere you may wonder? Well, filling anywhere other than Elliot costs an extra $50 bucks each time. Ridiculous.

In my opinion, you should be very careful dealing with this place. Shop around if you can and even if you decide to go with them, keep your options open.

Went in here a few times wasn't impressed at all staff didn't know where anything was. Wasn't sure if that had products or not. I went down the street for my stuff.
