I've been shopping at this Vons at least once a week since opening. Observations: Cashiers are a bit too chatty and lines runs slower than necessary. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Store is always spotlessly clean & organized. By biggest and main gripe is with corporate...they discontinued carrying the BEST lemon sorbet from Ciao Bella. The brand they sell now tastes more like wet pet, which i refused to eat & returned for a refund so I now drive an extra 4 miles each way to Whole Foods just to purchase Ciao Bella sorbet.

The selection has gone down hill since they were aquired by Albertson's, they might as well change their name. I'd you need something basic they'll probably have it. I'd rather shop at Smith's, Sprouts or Whole Foods. I'm still sad Albertsons removed all the Safeway stores as viable shopping options and turned them all into Albertsons stores. Good for them, bad for me.

Cannot believe my experience today. I normally shop at Albertsons but drove a little further to go to this Vons based on the reviews and I am so upset that I did. I was there around 7am bought stuff for dinner and what was supposed to be fresh donuts for breakfast. I get home and the donuts are so dry and hard we at 4 out of the dozen and threw the others away. So obviously not fresh at all. Then I go to cook tacos tonight for dinner and everything was going good until I opened the lettuce. There was a DEAD FLY in the packaging on my head of lettuce I took pictures and a video. I tried to call the store and surprise surprise a manager was not available to talk I had to leave my name and number!!! I have never gone to a grocery store and been disgusted by something more than this experience and will never be going back!!!!!!

I love this store. Peggy is my favorite checker. She's so friendly and personable. Melody will always make sure you got all of your ingredients! She's so thoughtful. I always buy my produce at Vons because its cleaner than the larger discount places and well stocked. I had a sudden realization yesterday of how nice my Vons is when I had to run into another "A named grocery store" to grab something real quick. It smelled like rotting seafood everywhere. As I got closer to the back of the store, I realized the meat display was open and they were cleaning the glass in front of the fish - EWWWW! I love my Vons.

Store was clean and employees are pleasant. However, as always, your prices are outrageous! Your sale prices are about the same as Smith's everyday prices. I will admit every once in awhile you get lucky, but 99.99% of the time your outrageous. Sorry, but I was only there because my patient wanted to stop for her favorite ice cream.

The ladies here are always so nice and friendly! There was a "service" dog in the store recently who happened to poop in one of the aisles and the owner didnt clean up after their dog. I unfortunately stepped in the dogs mess with my fresh pedicured feet. The ladies cleaned the aisle and helped clean my shoe. I believe a supervisor or lead of some sort even took $10 off my grocery bill for the inconvenience.

This Vons has the most disgusting mens restroom! Its like a midwest truckers stop. Its never clean. Smells. The floors have urine on them. I live near hear and this is my local grocery store but im considering finding a new one. Imagine what the rest of the back of house must look like, not to mention the germs being tracked out of that bathroom. Management should be fired for allowing this kind of behavior.

I love Vons they are a little higher in pricing but what they do that other stores don't do is they rather discount something then get rid of it or Let It Go bad so that is a great thing for the customer! They are also open 24 hours a day which many supermarkets are not open during that time so you know you can always go there and find what you need if you have to go late.

Love this Vons,all of the groceries and other items I regularly stock up on are in the most convenient and least crowded areas.Im always in n out with no hassle and barely putting a dent in my budget.The Club rewards are such a blessing.The only issue is the quality of their expensive select beef cuts.I will be purchasing my meat at Smith's from now on.

Parking lot is....congested. Once you find a spot to park, it's all down hill from there. The staff are not very knowledgeable about produce but the cashiers are always happy. The children and some adults, myself included, look forward to the fresh cookies from the bakery because they're yummy and free!

, Vons is overpriced. They just are... Now, if you use the Just for U program in r determined to save money, stopping by Vons for their deals is a great way to save money. However, I wouldn't suggest shopping there for everything. It seems like most items are marked up at least 20 to 25% above other grocery stores. On the plus side though, the stores are clean and usually the customer service is good. Items are fresh. It's a good place to shop. Just expect to pay a pretty penny unless you're only going there for the sales and specials. They have an app called just for you. Download that, and you'll see that there are some pretty great deals on it. Like prices you can't find anywhere else.

I usually go to the Von's in Anthem Village, but last week I had to make a stop by this one as I was going home from this side of town and figured I would stop here as it was on my way home. I loved my experience at this store. The employees are very courteous and the store is very clean and well organized. I noticed a review from someone saying that the prices here are higher than Smith's. I would have to say she is probably right, however my experience at Smith's is you only get self checkout and it is very difficult getting an employee to help. So, if you are looking for cheap prices and that's it.. Go to Smith's. However if you are looking for a well kept store with value based prices and a pleasant experience.. Go to Von's! This one especially ranks higher than other Von store's.

Although this store is not as nice as the Albertson's at Stephanie and Horizon Ridge parkway, it's clean, it's Stocked well, prices are good when you use your "club card". as I usually shop late at night they could use a couple more checkers sometimes the line gets long in the one checkout open after 9 and they don't offer "three's a crowd".

I shop here purely for convenience. The lines are always long and everyday groceries overpriced. They occasionally have really good sales though. The cashiers are pretty friendly. But the credit card machines slow the checkout out procedure tremendously. You can’t go through the whole thing until your whole order is checked out and the cashier says they’re done.

Great selection of healthier options and just a very large selection of overall groceries and harder to find items. They have good produce and I rarely end up with pithy peaches or tasteless berries etc. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that their prices are a little high. Their Vons Club helps as do their sales on items, but they definitely have higher prices being that they offer a bit higher quality groceries.

This Von's is close to home, but aside from the very pleasant employees, the selection is terrible (as is the layout of the parking lot). Not sure if I always pick an off day to shop, but it never fails that something is out of stock that I'm looking for. I don't think they are too overpriced (coming from the east coast) - it's easy to save here with a little comparison shopping. I understand when they have great deals some items may be out of stock, but come on. My recent shopping trip went like this... 4/$5 strawberries (only one, old package left), discounted zucchini (but only small shriveled ones left), packaged, shredded iceberg lettuce (none - there is never any in the store, but there is a spot for it in the salad section), unsweetened Arizona iced tea gallons (none - I've only been able to get it a few times here, the shelves are instead stocked with zero-calorie arnold-palmers), Snyder's pretzels (section bare and a mess - as usual, I bought a different kind than I normally do, because you guessed it - NONE), EL Fudge cookies (none - but they have every other Keebler variety). on-sale Primo Taglio roast beef (none). I have no idea how people put up with the selection at this store. The store is clean and the employees are helpful, but lately I try to avoid this store and get most of my items at Trader Joe's instead.

Hasn't been Vons for a couple years it's now on new little grocery store called Aldi. Not bad limited selection prices are really good kind of like a Trader Joe type of a place with the sometimes feeling of a dollar store. Make sure you take a quarter with you or you won't be able to get a basket when you return the basket you get your quarterback kind of different you just got to have a quarter or no basket.

What an epic disappointment. I drove out of my way to go here with the anticipation of more variety, better options & quality. Exact opposite. They don't even have dairy free mayonnaise! Every grocery store I've been to offers at least that. Only reason I gave it any stars at all is because it was clean & decent produce. The prices were laughable....like whole foods except the high prices are for Kraft, Nabisco, Heinz, Purina, Post, etc. The same generic, copy/paste products that you literally see at EVERY SINGLE store {yawn}. It is baffling that consumers tolerate this. It's a store to meet YOUR needs/demands... make them!!

I've been going here since it opened. I will say that this Vons has top notch customer service, insofar as the employees are very helpful and courteous. The non-sale prices are probably a little higher than the nearby Smith's, but better than the nearest Albertsons. They do have some pretty good sales, especially now with the "Just For U" savings. Where this particular location seems to fail consistently is that it rarely seems to have enough checkout lanes open. If I'm in a hurry, I probably won't go here. In the years I've been going here, I've probably spent more time in line than I have shopping. On several occasions I've gone there at night to pick up something on the way home - to find that only the Express lane was open with a long line. It's a good store, but it could be better if they would open up more lanes when it gets busy. So to recap: Good sale prices So-So regular prices Great customer service Poor wait time

Mostly typical supermarket, but being diabetic, sugar free foods are a priority, & most supermarkets have a poor selection. The standout items here are the Voortman sugar-free cookies, & the orange and strawberry flavors are excellent. Also, they have Coke Zero in glass bottles, & it really does taste better to me. Sugar-free ice cream selection used to be much better, but unfortunately there are only 3 choices currently, and none are really exceptional.

Usually great service, but I asked for a whole untrimmed brisket while I was here & granted the meat department was closing, but there was still someone in the department filling chicken (complaining about being off already) and said he didn't have any. Took him for his word, but wasted my $5 off $50 (valid only today) because that was the major portion of my purchase. Left behind about $40 of other purchases because I couldn't get the brisket. I did get a delicious can of Black olives though! Total spend, 95 cents as opposed to $80-90 if the brisket was available.
