I have had the worst experience in my life with this Kohls. I purchased a wheelchair from them. Customer service was awful, did not aanswer questions and gave me little information. Subsequent dealings with them have been less than satisfactory. Today i called with what , for me,was an emergency, my joystick had fallen off and I could not safely operate the wheelchair. This was a very real concern for me as I just had got out of 4 months of rehab for two broken legs. When I explained this to them they stated they were too busy for what would have been a 10 minute call out and that I would have to wait five days or pay 150.00 dollars for an emergency call out. This kohls is all aboout the money and care little for their customers. i will never give them my business again and would not recommend them to anyone .

Just started using Kohl’s to pre-package my elderly mother’s prescriptions. They pre-packaged her prescriptions in a weekly kit & delivered them to her home. I love the design of this kit!!! This is going to save me a lot of time as well as give me peace-of-mind that her meds will be taken care if I’m not available! Thank you so much for offering this service . . .

We are foster parents of a medically fragile son. His medical needs are high , but the staff and services we have from Kohlls are amazing. Jodi takes excellent care in making sure his home health needs and supplies are ordered and delivered each month . Josh with respiratory is wonderful. He makes sure our son has up to date respiratory equipment - trilogy vent, oxygen concentrator, cough assist , suction machine , and all the many supplies that go along with having a trach. He has gone the extra mile on more than one occasion to make sure our son was ok and had everything he needed, and even calmed his mom down a time or two. He even brought equipment to hospital once when we were being discharged to home. The pharmacy staff is caring and helpful. Very informative . Once, my husband had an idea for a pole of sorts to hold our son’s various tubings, David made for us. These guys are great!

Very inaccessible for mobility impaired customers. Wheelchair users absolutely cannot move around the store to look around. If you need financing going up steps is required. Employees are rude. If you are making your money off wheelchair, scooter, and walker sales I would think your store should be a better example of what every store should be so that customers that use these devices can have a positive experience.

We were so happy with the service and advice given to us by Christopher at Kohlls, the Raizer Liftup performed exactly as he described. My husband needs assistance at times even to stand up. After watching my daughter show him how it works, he wanted to have help to get down onto the floor so he could try it himself. The Raizer lifted him completely off the floor and he was able to stand, take hold of the walker and walk to his chair.

The worst!!! Waited an hour for them to "find" a script for my son's medicine that was called in and faxed earlier in the day. All to find out they couldn't release it to me without the physical insurance card. I informed them when I arrived that I didn't have the card with me and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Pathetic.

I recently had some mechanical difficulties with my walker, namely the front wheel. I brought it to the Kohll's in Millard for repairs. Shortly after, I received a call from them informing me that three wheels were actually in need of repair. Being that the device was only six months old, I was hoping that it would be covered under a warranty. This was not the case and the cost of repair would be comparable, if not more than, the cost of a new walker. Being on disability, this was frustrating as funds can be tight. With a heavy heart (and light wallet) I returned to the store. As I approached the repair counter, I was informed that Jeff was on the phone with the manufacturer. He convinced them to cover the cost of the new parts! I can't thank Jeff and the Kohll's team enough for going over and above great customer service. They really care about the customer and take their positions to heart. This is why I take my business to Kohll's and not online or a larger, impersonal business. Thank you Jeff and Kohll's. You really do make a difference in the lives of your disabled customers.

I needed help adding parts to a walker to make it taller for my mom. Jeff not only did that right away, but he also tuned it up including fixing the breaks and adding a screw that was missing. I didn't know that this service was a available, but I will be going there whenever I need adjustments on any of Mom's equipment. The price was very fair :-)

The pharmacy has forgotten our med delivery every month for 5 months. We call and every time we are told everything is going to be fixed in the system for the next month. We called them in advance to make sure things would go through this month. Just yesterday I was told that the meds would go out today by the person answering the phone and the pharmacist, but nothing came. I asked why the meds were delivered only the day before the end of the month and no one could answer that question, but I was told they could start delivering a week ahead of time. Today, the person I provide services for called for his meds again, and was told, "oh we're closing there's nothing we can do." When I called back I had to go through an emergency line because of Sunday hours. I don't think the pharmacy should necessarily have to deliver on a Sunday, but you avoid that by delivering ahead of the end of the month. Some people take meds that could result in disaster if missed. I am incensed by the lack of follow through on this issue. The staff is courteous, but it just never gets done. I thought for sure today would work out, since we double checked the day before. But it surely didn't, and hasn't one time since we asked for delivery. -- Erica Nicholson

Horrible customer service. Was told I didn't owe anything for a nebulizer because I had reached my deductible. But, several months later received a $150 bill. Was told it was fault because I should have known how much of my deductible I had met already. Didn't take ownership for their staff's mistake

Awful! First get sent to a different kohls and they won't call each other to see if they have the equipment available. Then I go into this store and they can't help me so send me to mobility as we are using workers comp. stand around for thirty mins finally go back up to the front to have someone get sent back there to find out mobility Dept left and hour before, so why the heck do you send me back there if no one is there??? Next I asked what I can do they say call and they will get it over the phone. Try and they say we can't and they need all this info from our hospital. So I gave them information to call and then call my hospital and they never got anything then I call back and they said they have to get a paper from my workers comp before they can start the process so we contact our workers comp guy who said no they send over an approval letter and that they haven't so he sent in all the information. They would need and a preapproval of the medical equipment. And then they email me back saying they won't approve all the equipment only one and we contact workers comp and they said the kohls never sent over all the doctors orders so they can only approve what they send so lucky we still had the orders and faxed them to our worker comp guy so here is is on day two of fighting with kohls to get our equipment and they are lacking on their end. I would never recommend using them and wish we didn't have to but they are the only ones that accept workers comp. so I'm leaving this review as I am stuck on my couch because they won't give me my equipment to help move around now for two days and it looks like we nght even go onto day three of no help.

I've been a regular, monthly customer of Kohll's pharmacy for roughly 30 years. My first & last experience at this location was horrible. Staff is not friendly, nor do they try to please the customer. The ''manager'' (Alisha) walked away mid convo when I was trying to understand their ''rules'' for rentals. As it seems to be completely different from west gate, an old location. Very frustrating, to go somewhere and be turned down during business hours, when the ''issue'' would have been handled properly else where. Guess being friendly only matters when you are a regular at said location.

It wasn't until I went to Kohll's Pharmacy and Homecare that I found the finest place to take care of all my healthcare needs. They have a huge selection of products and services. The staff is absolutely fabulous. They are warm, friendly people who greet you with a smile and by name. They are knowledgeable in their business, and generous with any information one may need. They go the extra mile to help. Never before have I received such amazing service. I can't say enough about this place and the people who work there. I will never be able to thank them enough for all they have done for me.
