Tried this pharmacy. Had called to make sure scripts would be ready at 12. They said they would be, no problem. Got there, meds hadn't been filled. Complained and staff said I didnt call then perceded to say they werent open at 10:05 when I called. Such unprofessionalism.

I had to wait an hour for my prescriptions. There were at least 20 people waiting, and there were only three chairs. Many people ordering medicine are old and many are in poor health. You definitely need to make better accommodations for these people. It would also help if you would hire more pharmacists.

Worst pharmacy ever! Don't get me wrong I love the low prices buy when I'm sick and come from the doctors I don't like to wait hours or even the next day to get my prescription because they can't get it together. They always say there are backer up or short handed. Guess what!? Not my problem!

switched pharmacies for Bries medicine due to cost, not good vibes at all from cosco asking me for my ID and telling me on me the every time because it's a controlled substance basically had me feeling like I abuse her medicine and I do not!! no wonder they have such a badreviews view on Google. Then me questioning that's another pharmacist steps and snotty and says it's state law they're not doing their job and I said well maybe you should tell them she was I don't work for them.

I've tried to like this place, because I shop at Costco. The thing is, the service is better at my local pharmacy and the cost to me is the same. Why would I go to a pharmacy with poor service when it doesn't save me any money? The huge amount of time I wait at Costco pharmacy easily cancels out the convenience of getting my prescriptions at the same place I get my groceries. I don't know if it's the people or the Corporation, but they just don't put any effort into serving the customer.
