I love this pharmacy! They are very friendly and answer all questions you may have regarding your medications or products in their store. Also just recently I called them and they happily went over all the vitamins I wanted to start taking and tell me if they would effect any of the current medication I was on. We have a toddler and when the weather is bad like it is right now they have been happy to help me when I just wanted to buy children's Tylenol through the drive through. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Wonderful and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

When I noticed my son only had four pills left I called and left a voicemail with all the info since they are not open on Sundays. My husband went to go pick it up on Tuesday evening and they didn't have it ready and hadn't even sent it over to the doctor. When I called they said it would be another 48 hours to fill! So now he doesn't have his meds this am and it's one you can withdraw from. Also I have often found myself wishing they were open 24/7 like Walgreen's.

I had a prescription sent in yesterday morning and since they are the only one in the area that makes this formulation I drove an hour and a half and took time off work to get this for my daughter. I called 15-20 minutes before closing to let them know that I would be there a little before closing time and to ask them to run my insurance and payment so that when I got there I could just run in and pick it up. I was told that they were closing soon and that it would not be possible for them to run my insurance or take my payment this close to closing time and that they opened at 7 am. I told her I lived an hour and a half away and was on my way there right now and couldn’t just stop by tomorrow. She didn’t seem to care in the least. I was also informed that it could take up to 48 hours to get my prescription ready to be picked up. For most pharmacies half a day would be plenty to fill a prescription. The rep didn’t even offer to look and see if the prescription was ready or to take my insurance or payment information. So now I’ve wasted time from work and gas with nothing to show for it. I’m far from impressed and quite upset about the service or lack there of I received. I wonder if I walked in and was standing in the pharmacy 15 minutes before closing if I would be turned away as well?
