I sat down tonight to write a letter to the Bozeman Chronicle and Bozeman Magazine about Smith's Pharmacy in Bozeman. Every year Bozeman Magazine publishes a "Best of Bozeman" feature about the most popular retailers/service providers in the area. There isn't a pharmacy category in the issue, but if there was an "overall customer service" winner I would argue that Smith's Pharmacy would deserve it every year. I am 41 years old and work as a retail manager myself, and I have never, in my life, seen customer service like this. Instead of letter to the editor that will be skimmed over for one week, I hope this review finds customers for years to come. These folks deserve it. Thank you Dave and Les, and the rest of the your excellent staff -- for going the extra mile for my family for the last eight years.

Smith's Pharmacy and it's staff have been fantastic over the years. They have always been extremely pleasant to me. Yes, insurance companies can put a stick in your spokes when it comes to refills and the timing of such but the staff here has always done what they could to get it cleared up for us. I've used many other pharmacies over the years and only one was even close to these folks in service. Drive thru is pretty good also!

They have a bad habit of calling and telling you the script is ready, then you go down there and they tell you it isn't even in stock. They told my sister her order was ready and she went down there and they told her it was on back order still. She called the next day and said she couldn't get her script for a week, she talked to someone else the very same minute and they said they had it for her. She went down there and picked up her order. ???? What is wrong with this picture?

This Pharmacy if you can even call them that refuse to fill my prescription even after my doctor had let them know that Medicaid had approved it and then even after Medicaid approved it they still wouldn't fill it I will never fill another prescription at this Pharmacy again

Pretty good filling/refilling. Got answers questions about medication and has recommendations but always had problems with the insurance system never allowed it to go thru always had to wait longer while it was confirmed via telephone for medicine for my children. Other than that it's a decent location.

I moved across town by the Tramway and Central store, but always come back to this store for pharmacy services because Javad, Vangie, and Jeannie have always been great to us and know our situation really well, and always give us stellar service.
