Felicia and Brett were incredibly helpful! I had a sick infant in tow and they did their best to get our prescription ready quickly and even though you could tell they were busy, they were so warm and friendly.! I had previously been to CVS and let’s just say that experience was sub par. Rosauers exceeded my expectations!

Everyone at this pharmacy is great. Angie, Brett, and Colin are all very caring pharmacists and the staff are all equally wonderful. This is not your average pharmacy. They blow me away with their kindness and sincerity everytime I go. They are not on my normal route anymore and I still make the small trip across town just to see them. The personal service that they provide reminds you that you are still in a small town even though it may not seem like it some days. Can't praise them enough.

These people are absolutely incredible. I choose them over closer pharmacies because they were there for me when I needed them. I lost my insurance and they kept my prescription at the same price for me so I could get my meds refilled. They are a huge blessing and I will choose them every time.

I seriously doubt the validity of these other reviews based on my experiences I’ve had with Rosauers Pharmacy in Bozeman, Montana. The drive thru absolutely does not save any time. I’ve had to call in numerous times to ask if my refills are ready, only to find out “we didn’t get the fax, or phone call etc”. So I thought if we dropped off physically the written refills in the drive thru, before my husband got off work this time, it would help. NO, my ACTIVE DUTY #USNAVY HUSBAND takes the prescriptions through the drive thru at 410pm. He is told they will be ready in 1 hour (which is already a ton of time especially since we live 20 mins out of town)! He comes back after work- OVER 90 mins Later at 545p- and they say it will be an additional 50 mins!! This is totally unacceptable as my husband missed dinner with his kids bc of this! It is hard enough to get him home with our 3 kids for dinner bc of his job with the NAVY: If this is how @rosauers treats #activedutymilitary families, I can only expect even worse for everyone else. What about a senior citizen who takes the bus and can’t wait that long? Or someone who bikes or walks there in the evening? Are they supposed to wait another hour after their refill has been there over 2 hours? There is no excuse why it would take 2.5 hours to do 2 REFILL prescriptions that have been filled before numerous times, with the same current and Good standing insurance. We will be going somewhere else from now on.

We love the staff at Rosauers Pharmacy. They are very friendly and willing to go in depth to answer any questions. The drive through is a convenient option. Even though they are out of our way we choose them over closer pharmacies.

Poor customer service and extremely slow. I used to send Rx here from the urgent care across the street. After the 3rd time a script was sent, I gave up. Each time I had to come back next day, so at least a 24 hour wait. If you can wait and are not in a hurry, have it sent here. If you need medicine quickly, don’t deal with this pharmacy. It’s by far the worst in Bozeman.
