I’ve been trying to get my prescription filled for 2 weeks now and I’ve been getting radio silence even though I filled everything out correctly and entered my card info with them. I have emailed a certain employee multiple times and have gotten attitude, which I am really not impressed with. If there is a problem with my medicine order they said they would be in contact with me which has not been the case. I have been the one initiating contact just to get a simple Rx and I am beyond frustrated at this point.

They are good at shipping out prescriptions pretty fast and they are friendly every time I call, but oh man...please update your website and online account access and ordering. For a company that does most of its business remotely, the website should be easy to use and much more user friendly.

They took care of all of the details to transfer my prescription. Got it quickly. Phone contact was easy and everyone was polite and knowledgeable. Only suggestion is I wish the website was easier to use. I can't figure out how to track my orders or refill online.
