excellent experience from beginning to end. They took a thorough history, contacted my specialists and developed an excellent plan. Couldn't be happier. Have never recieved this kind of care ANYWHERE else in Missoula......

RONALD BARKER

Got a tooth extracted from by the Veteran Affairs Administration. After a three days the pain intensified and I feared it may be infected. The staff was amazing and got me in for services the same day.

Martina Pieper

as a low income individual I called in to make an apt for d.o.t. they quoted me well over $200 for that . I can go to other places for $75 . they don't even offer pmts. absolutely unhappy. I went there before and they did my d.o.t and charged me according to my income.

Rebecca Kidder

While the sliding scale is very nice, the service I received was not. I have really bad morning sickness and my doctor refuses to prescribe me Zofran! I've lost 12 pounds in the past 2 months while I'm pregnant! That's not healthy!

JD Jones

Providers are amazing, though the staff may look you in the eyes as you're standing in line THE only person and then gather their things and LEAVE!!!

Chris Dahlberg

Elisha White

The staff at the desk are rude here at the dental office, they will answer the phones and then complain about what the person they were on the phone with and when saying this there are people sitting in the lobby including myself listening to this. I get people are stressed but don't call people names after getting off the phone with them. So unprofessional

John Stegmaier

Best deal in town for your medical needs! Highly recommend!

Julie Knott

It will say this review is my husbands Michael Knott, however I am his wife and have had my medical care done at partnership. The new building is great easy access to parking. The Dr's nurses and all of the staff have always been very helpful in my care. When ever I needed to reschedule an appointment it was no problem. Thank you to everyone there who work so hard.

Jack Sommersby

Melissa Hayes is by far the best dentist I've ever had.

brianna nordwick

Evett was so helpful in helping me get my prescription even though I moved. She had fantastic customer service. Thank you Evett

Origins Education

This has got to be one of the most incompetent and absurdly unprofessional organizations of any kind I've ever dealt with. The lack of basic medical knowledge and procedure combined with a chaotic and completely unorganized system and structure led to my husband who went in for one specific procedure to be told incorrect information and given a battery of expensive and unneeded tests and to then have them lose track of the results on top of it, nobody sharing information in office.. What should have been a simple, three day interaction has turned into multiple weeks with literally hours and hours of time spent on the phone trying to unravel the disastrous mess that Partnership has created. Our other physician is appalled at the ridiculousness of this situation. Nurses giving out blatantly false information, loosing results, claiming things were faxed when they were actually misplaced, tests given that weren't needed, staff not passing messages on, phone calls unreturned, balls dropped. We were told the cost of unneeded tests would be removed from our bill and we just received the bill with ALL the charges still on there and STILL haven't gotten the results of the one procedure faxed to our physician.

Bob Meis

Pharmacy is flippant about meds

Danica Bayliss

I have had nothing but good experiences there. I never wait long and all of the doctors and nurses are really sweet. I am gathering from the nasty reviews that maybe they were rude because maybe you were. When I went to Missoula Bone and Joint I was treated like cattle and was there well over an hour, only seeing a human for five minutes of it. I would rather go to PHC.

Kailey Campbell

There are only a few doctors I like at partnership. I love the doctors I have but the ones I've scheduled with when mine are unavailable are very ill-informed and rude. I took my daughter in when she had pink eye (she had, had it for 2 days already) I knew exactly what it was and they said boogers were coming out of her tear duct my poor baby had it for another 4 days before I decided to take her into a different doctors office and they told me she did indeed have it.

Jennifer Grady

Amazing care.

Ren Husfloen

My Doc works thru Partnership health and she is amazing. I also just had a very embarrassing appointment with a different doctor it was awkward for everyone involved and both the female doctor and male doctor really made the situation less traumatic for me if you have any health concerns I truly from experience advise anyone looking for kind compatent and cost effective care to go to Partnership health thank you so much for everyone there.

Darwin Mckenzie

Good staff and service.

Deanna Nygaard

I've had nothing but great service there from medical to dental...All the staff were very polite & informative! My dental care there has been amazing considering I really don't like dental work being done. They do great work! Only draw back is the long wait for appts but since they help so many other patients I can understand that.

The reviews seem to be wildly negative or positive without much middle ground. They paint a picture that doesn't seem to make much sense to me. I've been a patient there for a little over a year so I'll share my experience in an effort to give an unbiased view. About the only negative thing I can say is they are very busy so I can see where impatient or busy people might get a little cranky. Other than that it's all been good. No one has ever been rude to me (quite the opposite actually). I have no complaints about the quality of care I've received and feel they have gone out of their way to be helpful when I needed a bit more attention than usual. Maybe I've just been lucky but I've never experienced anything like what I read in some of these revues.

Kara Nicholson

I see some very negative reviews I have been a patient at partnership for over four years. The staff has always been helpful and nice to me ALWAYS!!! And the sliding fee scale is based on your income not a set a number. And the doctors my have to follow some serious state guidelines but that is not their fault it is policy their hands are tied but they do what they can and are awesome doctors! I had been in pain for years since my younger 20's and no doctor would take me seriously due to my age it wasn't until I saw one of their best doctors at the clinic that I found someone who would take me seriously. He got me into physical therapy then had an MRI done when the pt didn't help, the day after the MIR he had an appointment set up with a Neurosurgeon the next day and if it wasn't for the doctor at PHC taking me serious and advocating for me I would have been paralyzed from the neck down for a few years now since the Neurosurgeon stated that at the time he saw me a violet sneeze could have shoved my bulging disc into my spinal cord the rest of the way and there would have been nothing they could have done then!!!!!!!!!! By far one of the best doctor's clinics I have been to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jase Cro.

They do not listen to the patients. I would rather deal with a longer wait than someone that wont listen to me.

Barely a half star company!!!! This company is a total disgrace!!!! Private insurance started on 10/20/15. Still trying to finish Prolotherapy, which is a 4 1/2 month process of 10 sessions, started in January of 2017. As of 9/19/17, I've had only three sessions and I've had at least 5 of my appointments cancelled! On was cancelled as i pulled into the parking lot on the day and time of my appointment. To make up for that, they scheduled an appointment for tomorrow morning which they have just cancelled once again!!!! This company is very irresponsible and neither cares for their customers nor their time. To make things worse they tried to tell me that this appointment was scheduled for an OMT. PROLOTHERAPY IS ONLY DONE BY OMT'S!!!!! Not only do they not care about their customer base, they will try to make you look stupid by blaming their mistakes on their customers!!!! TALK ABOUT A SLAP IN THE FACE!!!! Extremely Demoralizing!!!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!! My same complaint is going to be posted daily just in case you missed one!!!! Any other issues that are going to happen will be added to the next post just so you can see exactly how they don't value their customers with the amount of disrespect they show each and everyone of them!!!! See you tomorrow!! Marc Crawley - 9/19/2017

My teeth have been crumbling out of my head. I got and paid for the 10 or 15 detal xrays along with a couple extra since the machine kept failing. Yummy extra radiation. Could that be why I lost handfuls of hair the next several months after? The Dentist said my chipping crumbling teeth wasn't acid reflux. My endocrinologist and primary care providers both told me to get a second opinion. Two months ago I called Partnership and left a message to get my records. They sent me a letter that I needed to make an appointment. I called again, left my phone number, DOB, and name and asked if I needed to see a dentist in order to get my dental records? I failed to get a response. Then it dawned on me to request a records release form. Voila! It arrived and I filled it out and faxed it. Today Partnership called me saying they needed to "talk to me about my records." Am I in trouble? I called and was routed around to four different people until I was holding on the line five minutes waiting for someone in dental records to pick up. When she finally did, I was THEN informed I had needed to provide my email address. Why did they fail to highlight that on the form? Why did they fail to inform me in their message today, so I could leave what they needed on THEIR voicemail? instead I had to waste 15 minutes of aggravation trying to find the right person with the answers? Just because Partnership is providing accessible care fails to be an excuse for professional ineptitude. I know, what can we do? We just have to suck it up, right? PS. Update crumbling teeth are due to chronic sinus, saliva, dental and throat infections. If you can find a practitioner to do cultures of where you have chronic infection, that might be a place to start. And no, Missoula mds and dentists are clueless about this and I have been to over a dozen the past few years.

I came in for a reoccurring back problem. My Dr is at the University and they're not there for the month of August. After an hour in the actual room you wait for the Dr in, I finally had to track a Dr down. 10 minutes later, he comes in. Was told they would not give me mt prescription bc I haven't been seen enough times here. Hour and a half of being in the room, 2 hours at the location and I'm still waiting. Would give less than a star if possible.

This will be an ongoing review, updated as my relationship with this place develops. My intake appointment was nice enough, and my Dr. Johnathan James seems to be a solid physician and communicator. There have been problems though. 1. I requested a referral for CPAP supplies. This was not addressed at the appointment despite putting it on my new patient form. I sent a referral request last week via the patient portal and received nothing back. 2. I was given the wrong number of pills for a new prescription with incorrect instructions. Because of this i am going to run out before my follow up. When I went to get an early refill I was told that Medicaid won't fill it. I should have been informed this over the phone, as this was to be expected ans it cost me a decent amount of time to go over there only to gave to return when I am out.

Frank Winans

I had really great service by all the staff

Dental clinic is terrible. Rude and inconsiderate receptionists. I will probably never go back to this facility. Not that they give a d*mn about my dental health.

Ben Gross

I never had better care anywhere else.... The Dr's I have been to have been excellent... So a big THANK YOU TO YOU ALL...

Called to make an appointment and was put on a waiting list of 600 people. Can't be seen until April/May of 2017. Emergency care can only fix 1 tooth at a time. (By fix they mean pull)

Jake Madden

I called on Monday was told that the dental clinic had walk in first come first serve appointments everyday except tues. I was assured that if I was there early enough I would have a good chance of getting one. I had my wife take a day off work so I could get in early. After arriving at 5am I thought for sure I would get an appointment. I was first in line to get turned away because they decided to not have appointments. All I can say is if they can't update a website to inform you of when they are taking appts how can we expect them to keep there hands and tools clean.

The NF GIRL

This clinic fails to tell you your full results when getting scans done at the hospitals. They don't care about the "side effects" of medications. That's all they want to do is throw medication at you. Not all of us are looking for a pain fix unlike others. Getting referrals are a pain in the ass. This clinic needs a major upgrade in knowledge of medical conditions.

Heidi Leitz-Putikka

All I've seen on here are nasty remarks and negative feedback. Partnership Health Center is based towards people like myself, who have Medicaid insurance because other dental offices will not take Medicaid. All of you who are putting down this Healthcare facility, quit whining and be thankful for that there's a place to go that will take you. Oh, and the "baby momma", the doctor most likely didn't give you that prescription because everything you ingest, the baby gets also!

Rhiannon Erwin

Rude secretarys moves appointment times without noticing us and blameing us for not knowing that they moved the appoints due to a secratary not able to properly do her job. Doesnt tell you what u need before u come in so u have to pay or miss your appointment and pay a cancelation fee. Refuses to put a person who can get infomation or talk with the personel. As well as openly discousing clients infomation in front of other clients.

Cortney Bibby

They allowed my husband to schedule an appointment, wait 2 months, drive 2 hours, wait an hour in their office only to tell him that they only treat pregnant women for this specific program. That is completely inexcusable.

Tamara Hangsleben

Dr. Kate Krebsback is on the board as assistant director no way would she put up with any of these things that they are saying here. She is my doctor. I always had same day appointments even when I did not have Medical Insurance so that is so false that review here. She even backed me, when I accidently broke my contract unknowingly. If you don't like your Medical assistant you can get another one or ask to talk to an Rn. It's called communication here. Kate willingly listens to any and all my complaints and or health problems and makes adjustments please do not represent her falsely she truly cares and is a very very honest and good person and Doctor! There is absolutely no time that my arm when giving blood from the lab has not gotten disinfected. If you feel like there is something wrong you need to tell the right people. Also if you have a problem with your sliding scale then you need to go to billing. They will explain to you why it was so expensive. Obviously there are times when many many tests have to be done with the same procedure and you have to ask why so that they have a chance to explain. They also have serious State guide lines to follow. So if you don't understand something then you need to ask your doctor again to explain it very carefully and or call the Director of the clinic. She is very understanding and very very good! I one time had a misunderstanding with someone and it was cleared up very quickly by her so there you go. If you give them a chance they will give you a bigger chance! Believe me I know! I really really cannot believe that anyone there would ever get away or would actually talk terrible about patients........... if that happened and it was proved to my Doctor or the Director......they would be fired in a heart beat. You need to communicate to the right people if you have a problem!

Dr. Stonestomper50 Montana

Spent over 2 hours on the phone, off and on Was told numerous times i would get a call back in 10 minutes. I started at 9 am. Its now after 4pm. Still no call back. Very disappointed. This has happened a few times to me.

Jim Russell

outstanding teamwork. my social worker has done miracles.

Rhonda Stahl

Been a patient for many years now....I love this place and my doctor. The pharmacy...the nurses everyone. Sorry to hear other have had other experiences. I will keep going even tho my insurance now, doesn't cover them.

Olivia Vargas

Dr. Bonner is by far the best doctor I’ve been to in Missoula, staff was extremely helpful and respectful.

C'mon people

I just recieved my bill. $393.00 to have a tooth pulled. I could've received better care for over $100 less. I was told the prices were reasonable here? The dentist was professional and she did well, but the rest of the experience was a bit of a circus. Not impressed

Tyffani Rupert

I got a bill in the mail about 2 weeks ago because the person who scheduled my appointment a few months ago did not mark down that I wanted a yearly check-up which I requested on the phone. When the billing office called me back to explain what happened, they said there was nothing they could do and that I should have said "I'm here for my yearly check-up" instead of "I'm here for my appointment with Dr. M". She also told me that this has happened before to other patients. Now I am out over $100 and have to find a new provider at a new facility.

Donald Iarussi MFA

why even review? this place is horrible. The doctors are at best mediocra and adaquate if you have a cut or a cold. These MD's are arrogant. i was misdiagnoesed on my eyes, knees, psoriasis, the waiting room was disgusting, bathroom filthy and people at front desk not protecting private information

Dan Williams

I think this group does a good job. They get right to the point, no nonsense, and Dr. Charles is who I see and he's great.

Kalsee Owens

My old doc there was a joke he didnt care about anyone but himself. I switched to Lynn and she is great helps me find out what's going on and what I can do with having o take me unless I really need to i love it

Health care team is great, but if you have Medicaid, go somewhere else for dental care. I'm a prenatal patient with a dental infection that has spread to my sinus. They noted this during my exam but did not prescribe antibiotics at all, and I was wait-listed for a follow-up. I went and got antibiotics elsewhere right away. Additionally, the receptionist who scheduled my intial exam sighed upon reading the letter from my O.B. requesting that I be seen within two weeks (as untreated dental issues can lead to premature birth, low birth weight, and other problems). The receptionist made sure to point out that I was getting ahead of 500 people on the waiting list. I did not appreciate being shamed for seeking prenatal dental care. She kept the letter and scheduled the first appointment, and after my initial exam (and upon being wait-listed for follow-up care), I asked if the letter was still on file, and no one could find it. I used to live in a city three times the size of Missoula and received much more timely and appropriate dental care as a Medicaid patient. I won't be returning to Partnership. They made it clear through their actions that I was a burden and not a priority.

It is amazing to have a place to go when you don't have health insurance. However, know that the lines will be long, mistakes will be made and follow-up by the patient is necessary for assistance. The pharmacy is cheap, but there has rarely been a time where there hasn't been an error made with my prescriptions. If you act as your own advocate, you will be most likely to have a good experience. These folks are clearly overworked and underpaid, and unfortunately that becomes apparent in day-to-day interactions with staff. Most people are polite and helpful, though tired and sometimes impatient. Referrals can take a long time (up to several months depending on the type of referral). For basic needs, they're great.
