I have never had a good experience here. I called about drug interaction between two of my medications and before even looking it up they told me there were no interactions. Then i get a call from my doctor saying there are dangerous interactions between my medications and that I should not take it! I already had taken it because the staff here told me it was safe! I also went in today to pick up two prescriptions i dropped off the day before and was also dropping of a prescription for my daughter. I gave them my name and date of birth but they couldnt find my prescription for ten minutes because they were looking under someone elses name which is fine, just very inexperienced and unprofessional. What upset me is the ladies giving me eye rolls and talking down to me the whole time. I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with the service and will not return after being made me feel so horribly.

GRANITE pharmacy USED to be amazing! The ladies were always so friendly and helpful. They were the reason I always came back to fill my prescriptions. I heard a rumor that Shopko’s pharmacists and technicians were hired by Granite and EVER since I have hated going. Most everyone there are rude and judgmental (to say the least) and it’s uncomfortable being looked at with disgusted looks only because I have mental health disorders and issues. This review was the most polite I could be.
