Avoid at all costs. Kilgore's demanded payment out-of-pocket for an item that I had documentation from insurance stating was to be $0 (by provider agreement with Kilgore's). Paid full price. They said they'd talk to insurance and send a check. I should have never tendered the money but instead just walked right out with the item! Eleven months later, insurance can't do anything because the amount was to be $0 by provider discount, and Kilgore's is holding my money. Avoid these crooks for anything.

Best pharmacy in town. Immediately walking in I feel welcomed and everyone is proactive about making sure that I have been helped. Has a local small town kind of vibe. The employees remember you. Very fast paced and upbeat. Kilgores will take care of you in minutes!

I had came in after my surgery on tuesday, and ordered some support hose. They promised me they would come in before friday and they would give me a call. They didnt come in til the next tuesday and they didnt call me, i had to avtually show up and get them to check for me. Really disappointed in the service over the phone and in the store. Won't be shopping at Kilgore anytime soon.
