To be in such a wonderful institution & then Leave to the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been!!! This place is a joke... Go to Walgreens, Walmart, or Anywhere but here..

Gross incompetence in communication with Methodist hospital staff. They sent a note to the nurses during our check-out procedure stating all prescriptions were ready. We arrived only to find the pain pill prescription had not been approved by insurance. Even though we agreed to pay cash we still had to wait a half hour to get it filled.
