I have been using Meijer pharmacy for years, and have filled many prescriptions at this location. Last month I had a few problems with insurance in between prescriptions (which had nothing to do with Meijer pharmacy) and each employee was VERY helpful in answering all of my questions and communicating with the insurance company. I left with my prescription the same day and was pleased! Today I went in to fill the same medication from last month, and there was an error in their system that was again caused by insurance. Two employees Krista & Raelynn were very patient with my questions and made an extra effort to make sure the situation was resolved and I received my refill. These employees show exemplary customer service skills & are very good at what they do. I have never received better pharmacy care! There was no wasted time, or hassle.. Even with the inconvenience of my insurance company. There are multiple locations in traverse city to get your prescription, but I would say Meijer is by far the best! I will continue to use this pharmacy!

I have always gone to this pharmacy with very little problem until yesterday. The girl at the drive threw was rudenough, kept arguing with me and yelling at me as I was on the phone with my Dr. office. Very unprofessional. Did not want to listen to what I had to say.

Waited an hour for a prescription that was ready because of their lack of communication in the pharmacy. Had to tell three different people the same thing wasting everyone's time. Lack of communication and efficiency.
