One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever experienced. Recently released from back surgery. Took a RX for pain to pharmacy. Only wish I had the name of the Pharmacist I have been thru 3 doctors before surgery in 3 seperate locations. Got meds filled at pharmacies close to doctors offices. "attila the druggist" actually said it appears I was shopping for drugs and used the label narcotic addict!! In front if 3 customers. I retired 6 years ago from a 40+ year career as a substance abuse therapist I don't know if I've ever been so insuilted and treated more rudely by a health professional As a local I'm letting as many folks know as possible of this experience. Perhaps she owns stock in CVS. Certainly helping their business

The staff here is very friendly and helpful! Whenever we need to pick up a little something--whether it's allergy medicine or even a wrist brace, they not only have what we need but they have the knowledge behind the products as well!

Our family has patronized the West Concord Pharmacy for many years. The staff has consistently been helpful, conscientious and professional in handling all of our needs. They go out of their way to keep customers safe. For example, if a physician fails to respond promptly to refill a prescription or if the physician's office is closed on a weekend, the staff will provide enough medication to tide us over until the refill is eventually approved. They have also alerted us to potential serious drug interactions. We are truly grateful to have the staff of an excellent, independent pharmacy on our health care team.
