It took me 4 phone calls and a total of about an hour to get though to someone. A bit excessive, but the things I'll do for the potential of my hopeful future child are amazing. Once I got a representative on the phone, everything was great. He asked about my health insurance & I was honest & told him I already know it's not covered so I'm just going to pay the out of pocket expense (thankfully it's about $54). He even said they will include sharps container & alochol swabs at no additional cost! I should be getting my medication on Friday & I'm thrilled to be starting on this journey!!

Willing to work with those that have no insurance coverage. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location within the business park is a bit obscure and the road is horribly broken and patched.

Efficient and fast! Staff at Village Fertility pharmacy know how important timing is and they make the call to you for confirmation of the meds and delivery address. I wish Aetna specialty pharmacy had knowledgeable staff like Village Fertility...or at the very least have the same type of training.

Poor communication. Automated system told me I would get a call back, I didn't. When I did call, I told the tech I could not sign for the medication because I would be at work. He told me he would prompt the shipping company to not require a signature. Instead, I am now trying to reroute the package, again, for the second time because this keeps happening. They will also charge your card on file without asking.

This place is a BIG HOAX. They work in ALLIANCE with BOSTONIVF it's like a MAFIA SCAMMING group. When Dr Berger first sent the prescriptions over Rob called and asking how I would like to pay the $5,000 MED, I said thru my insurance it said he didn't have any on file, after giving him my INS INFO, I asked, do you charge more thru INS? He said no we bill the INS same amount. Now finding out they charge $16,000 to INS and I when I called on the 24th the pharmacist I spoke with telling a different stories the funny part of all she said it you would like to pay cash you still can but you won't the credit back from the INS. Had he make this clear to me, we would have rather pay cash for the MEDS instead letting the INS pay cause I only have a $20,000 max and VFP ate it all up. We were in a 3way call with INS PHARMACIST and I, I just lost it, not only I have a failed IVF and still owe $2k plus. GET ALL THE DETAILS FIRST BEFORE GETTING INVOLVE SO YOUR WON'T GET BURN LIKE I DID, UNLESS IF YOU RICH AND DON'T CARE. This country runs by DRUG COMPANIES, INS, LAWYERS and GOV gives them legal right to SCAM PEOPLE. The most CORRUPT ORGS. #419

I received a phone call from village fertility pharmacy and they told me that they have my prescription from my doctor and everything ready. Because it was the first day of my cycle and I needed to start the medication right away they told me that I can pick it up. I drove from Boston to Waltham for more than an hour and when I arrived they told me I was a mistake and my medication it wasn't ready and it'll be taken 48 hours to get an authorization from the insurance. Really unprofessional and poor management.

Wait times on phone are 20 minutes plus due to “ extremely high more than usual call volume”. I was on the phone waiting for 45 minutes so instead when I called I told them I decided to drive from Boston to pick it up and said I’d be there in an hour and a half and still had to wait a half hour when I was there for my prescription, which was already paid for. Horrible

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They are able to fill orders quickly and make adjustments (for example, same-day delivery) easily and without stress.

Called 6 different times in the last week to have my rx filled. During the calls I made, I sat on hold for over an hour and never got to a person before hanging up. Next call is to my dr to move my prescription to Freedom Fertility and to my insurance company to move the PA. This is absolutely ridiculous how much extra stress and time (over 6 hours) I have spent with no outcome trying to work with this company.

Great place and good customer service. Everyone is always really nice, and they do home delivery. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because i usually have to wait on hold for 15 minutes to refill a prescription.

Four separate calls spanning five business days and approximately 120 minutes spent on hold before finally a representative told me that they weren't in network for my insurance.

Not enough staff taking calls! Each time I called I was on hold for AT LEAST 30 minutes at a time. The receptionist taking calls was difficult to understand, unable to answer my questions, and did not direct me to someone who could help me. Would not use them again!
