The most frustrating DME vendor I have ever experienced and sadly, one of the only places to get much needed equipment for Medicare patients. It takes weeks and multiple phone calls to get my patients a simple walker. They report not receiving prescriptions although they were sent days previously. Those answering the phones can be quite rude at times as well. The pharmacy itself is a separate department and my patients have had a good experience with refilling prescriptions, delivery of meds and helpful packaging of daily pills for better compliance of the patient. Seems the DME department could learn a few things about service excellence from the pharmacy.

Without a doubt, the most ignorant, incompetent, unknowing, rude, careless, dishonest medical sypply business in North America. They cannot even transfer inbound phone calls to the right area of the business. And when someone finally comes on the line they are clueless. I have had four terrible experiences with Sullivan's trying to get help for a physically challenged elderly relative with absolutely no success. Sullivan's could care less. I will never step foot inside that den of ignorance again. Pathetic !!!

Tried to purchase a medical device from this place. Two weeks waiting, they want to rent you the unit, not sell it, and they do not understand that. Customer service is rude, unprofessional and lack basic knowledge on medical devices. Just awful service all around.

Rude, unresponsive and ripping off taxpayers by their inadequate medicare service. They get paid by the feds anyway. Another example of poor government oversight.

Thinking of getting a wheelchair? DON’T GET IT FRON HERE. You may think your copay is only $105, and the exact “light weight” wheelchair on Amazon is $150, but three months later you’ll get a bill for another $300 from Sullivan’s and that wheelchair you could have gotten from Amazon for $150 is now $405, AFTER INSURANCE. And guess what, that wheelchair they gave you “new” is rusting and missing parts. When you then go try to return the wheelchair they change your bill to a rental, which is $330. So, get your wheelchair from Amazon in the first place. These guys think nothing of screwing your injured self over.

The Medical Supply department has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They even state that they don't receive their faxes. It has taken months to get paperwork to medicare. Every employee has an attitude! The MD said she has never seen anything like this place. I wish I had gone to apothecare in Brockton

I drive past 2 CVS pharmacies (one, about two blocks from my apartment) just to get to Sullivan's-- that's how awesome the staff is there. There's a snag with some script? They call me to resolve it! Something odd happens? They figure out how to deal with it! I get there 90 seconds before closing? They fill my script quickly, and with all the courtesy that I could have wanted if I had shown up at a reasonable hour! (Okay, their open hours leave a little to be desired, but I'll deal; they're worth the occasional dope-slap when I roll up at 7:30pm.) They lose my scripts? NO THEY DON'T, because they are awesome, unlike some other pharmacies in my neighborhood. Way to be, Sullivan's. Your staff and services set the bar for customer service and make all the chain stores look bad. ...And I just saw their delivery van in my neighborhood the other day-- that might be a huge time saver I need to look into!

Poor customer services. Have to call multiple times to get a simple order. Nobody f/u. Nobody cares about customer services anymore. Definitely would use another pharmacy if one will be around. Very disappointed.

I didn't realize how low I was on a specialty med for my daughter and they rushed it for me same day. It's s compound and usually the turn around is 24-48 hrs.

I was very pleased with the pleasantness of your representatives. However, they did not help get a hospital bed delivered to a patient's house in a timely fashion. The problem seemed to be that no one in the office ever noticed the prescription for the bed, even though I faxed it over and over again, getting confirmations that all six pages of the fax had gone through. The delay in noticing the prescription, and in delivering the bed, caused some pretty serious difficulties for the patient and her family. Unfortunately, this vendor was apparently the only one contracted with the patient's insurance company for her geographic area.

Still is the WORST DME provider I have ever worked with. Customer service extremely rude and LIES about everything. Would never recommend. If you order any equipment expect 2+ months before delivery despite it "being on the truck for delivery".

Stellar service, and in 12-years of using them as my pharmacy, they've never once made an error with my (many) prescriptions. They're on top of my allergies and when a prescription expires, they've already sent a message over to my doc for renewal before I even realize. They've also ordered medical supplies I've needed for both myself and my father, and always are able to find what we've needed. Pharmacists willingly answer questions and the techs and cashiers are friendly and patient. (Lord knows they need to be, I've seen some rude customers in there.) I grew up in Rozzie and have lived all over the country. Not exaggerating when I say that I've not had any other pharmacy come close to this one in care and service. I'm moving out of state again soon and finding a good pharmacy is stressing me out. (No joke.) I truly do not understand the poor reviews!
