Hello I am happy to give an excellent review to Letourneau's Pharmacy. I went in seeking information about the use of CBD oil and was greeted by a professional as well as friendly associate, Dan. Dan spent time with me, patiently explaining the difference between CBD oil, ointment and capsules. His knowledge and articulate manner helped me make a decision. May I add that the store was very organized and clean in appearance. I was glad I dropped in! Thank you Dan for your great customer service!

Great service! Knowledgeable (and I have dealt with many other medical centers who didn't care if they helped you or not.) I wish they handled oxygen as there is a huge need for another company to handle oxygen. I like that you rent out transport chairs. This is great for me. Mother visiting for a week.

I've both purchased and rented items from Letourneau's, and there is no better pharmacy if you're considering durable medical equipment. Dan is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive, qualities rarely found nowadays. And Louis and Chris are equally skilled and helpful when service is required. Five stars just might not be enough for Letourneau's!

I’ve been looking for a medical supply store in my are for a while that had some sort of display of mobility scooters. I found Letourneau’s on yelp and saw the pictures posted of their store and decided to give them a shot. I’ve been on the hunt for a mobility scooter for my father for the past 8 months and it’s really been difficult to find a store that had more than 1 or 2 on display. This store exceeded our expectations. Their store has a lot to offer and items on display without being too overwhelming. We were helped by a gentlemen named Luis M and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My dad was allowed to test drives the scooters around the store and Luis explained the differences between them and showed us how to take them apart for traveling. With such a large display my dad now has tough choice to make. Luis was the best and we will definitely be back this week to purchase his new mobility scooter. This store was definitely worth the drive from Lynn, MA.

This is the first place you need to try when looking for a lift/reclining chair! I admit I was a bit skeptical at first but I am so glad I went to Letourneau’s! Dan assisted me, spent time answering all of my questions, helped me figure out the best chair for me and was able to get the chair delivered before I was discharged from the hospital. I cannot say enough great things about Dan and the entire staff there. The delivery guys were also wonderful! They set up the chair and again, instructed my husband on the remote. This place is not ‘just a pharmacy’!

I had a difficult time obtaining the device I needed, but Letourneau's really came through. Not only did they work with my physician (who had not been responsive with me) to obtain the necessary scrip, but they were warm, friendly, helpful, and reassuring. Special thanks to Luis who was calm, patient and caring in explaining my device to me (in English) as well as giving complete instructions to an older patient and his caregiver (in Spanish). I called Letourneau’s Pharmacy to find out if they sold adjustable beds that would also go up and down and not have any headboard or footboard, queen sized. Dan McCallagat actually found one with all my preferences and sent me the literature for me to review plus the exact price for the bed, delivery and setup. I was appalled by his attention to detail and handwritten note offering me the opportunity to get in touch with him if I were still interested. Recently my wife needed to update her mobility scooter and we visited with Dan at Letourneau's to discuss our options. Dan's help in securing the documentation necessary to for our insurance company was invaluable beyond expectations. This required a lot more than the average documentation including multiple doctor statements, a home visit and other follow-through work. I cannot imagine being able to secure this scooter and the needed insurance approvals without Dan's persistence and follow-through. Letourneau's is a rare, "A+" provider for those who would benefit from third-party assistance of any kind.

Had emergency hip surgery and needed a lift chair. My husband googled, found Letourneau's, and called. Luis answered his many questions and had a few of his own. He was so helpful. We rented the lift chair, bought a tray for my walker and a shower bench per our home care specialists' recommendations. Luis and Izayah delivered and set up the chair exactly where I wanted it, showed me how to use it, attached the tray, explained the shower bench. They were awesome! Dan and Letourneau’s Pharmacy have provided our family an unprecedented level of outstanding customer service that you cannot find anywhere else. Like their roots going back to the 1930s, they provide a type of friendly and knowledgeable customer service that is from a bygone era when the staff of the early 20th century knew their customers on a first name basis and went beyond the call of duty when it came to servicing their customers and patients—with a dedication to solving problems as if they were part of our own family. My mom has been dealing with Alzheimer’s for about 10 years and I take care of her at our home in Lexington with the benefit of a team of aides. Well, as is the nature of this disease and someone’s declining health, the patient’s status is a moving target and things are always changing and new issues are always arising in areas I am unfamiliar with. Whenever I have faced a new problem or have had a need for supplies, equipment or solutions, I have turned to Dan and his team, even before approaching my own Primary Care Physician's office. And Dan has always delivered the best and most practical and experience-based solutions. In the rare instance where Dan doesn’t know the best solution off the top of his head, he will do extensive and time-consuming research on my behalf to find out the best answer and recommendation for the issue I am facing. We have bought many pieces of equipment and supplies from LeTourneau including Hoyer lifts, power recliners and other daily supplies. Although LeTourneau’s Pharmacy is not around the corner from my house in Lexington, their destination is well worth the 30-40 minute trip and no other national pharmacy or home-care equipment supplier comes close to the products, knowledge and experience and caring that Dan and his team provide. I give them the absolute highest recommendation and feel so lucky to have them as an integral part of what I consider my mom’s home-care team! We are all very fortunate to have them as an invaluable resource as we try to provide the loving care and comfort we all strive to deliver to our loved ones who we prefer to keep at home. Purchased a lift chair for my mother. The experience, from the beginning, was amazing. Dan is a complete professional, following-up with me regarding the order and throughout the process. He even called me on his day off the check-in! They are lucky to have him. Luis and his delivery team were exceptional. Working with our schedule and really taking the time to set-up the chair and show my mother how all the buttons work. They even refunded our delivery fee due to a shipment delay which wasn't even their fault! I first started going there for their famous bum paste for my little ones.
