I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years and up until recently I haven’t had problems until now. And it was enough to make me not want to continue using flag as a pharmacy. Idk if the cashier doesn’t know what she’s doing or if their systems are outdated but today was the FIFTH time I’ve come in and they hadn’t had my new insurance info saved into my account. Mind you I had just filled a prescription a couple months ago for them not to have the info doesn’t make sense and is inconvenient. That wasn’t the real problem though. They we’re actually extremely rude just because I asked if they could save the info this time and started saying irrelevant things like “why don’t you have you’re insur card?”( although I provided the info with a pic) another man (I think the pharmacist)stepped in as if I was being unreasonable and I tried to tell him all i wanted was to figure out what my copay was to which he rudely interrupted me and said “well we have to make sure we get paid and if your insur is inactive then we can’t!” Which my insurance is active and I have no clue what the point of him saying that was as that had nothing to do what my initial request was. I only came in to know my co payment and instead left extremely upset. I’m pregnant and came in to know the price of my prenatals and these ppl made my experience horrible. I’m never coming back.

Best pharmacy around. Stuff really cares for you and gets you the best customer service possible. My parents and I have been with Flag for years. If you ever have an issue (which is very rare), it will get resolved immediately.

A local neighborhood neighborhood Pharmacy with personal neighborhood. Pharmacist works with me to get them prescriptions I need even if I can't get down to get them they see that I do ,even if it is getting very close to closing hours. Delivery in Lynn.

I am so disappointed with them an not the first time I always get my prescription's delivered Thursday I called to order my prescription's I told them which one's it takes the following day to get them no problem it's Fri around 6pm called pharmacy to see if they are delivering my scripts she checked an told me there ready for pick up they always delivered them this is why I changed pharmacy for that reason so now I have to wait till Monday that means no blood pressure meds no cholesterol meds 2very important meds I need to hAve plus I have my. yearly physical Noooooot good at all very dissatisfied with there service an communication

Wouldnt fill my medication with hard copy paper because it was classified as a narcotic????? Makes no sense thats what pharmacys are for
