Fenway Health is great. Fenway Pharmacy is the most incompetent, useless pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Their home deliveries are consistently late, their in-pharmacy staff are indifferent bordering on rude, and they have managed to mail me a prescription I never asked them to fill 4 times, (and counting) after repeatedly being asked to stop sending it. When your doctor offers to fill your prescription "right downstairs at our pharmacy", DECLINE.

I have been using Fenway Health and Pharmacy for over 10 years now. I love the doctors and have never had any problems with the pharmacy and they have always been great with customer service and have always helped me out when there has been a problem.

I have used this pharmacy for at least 3 years and I love it! They always have meds that I have trouble finding elsewhere. They have treated me (and other clients around me) with the utmost respect and dignity (regardless of the medications or conditions). They are always friendly. Even better, they always seem able to find a way to help me afford my meds even when the insurance falls through. My only criticism is that I wish they were open longer hours and on weekends.

They are the best all the time! The staffs are super professional and helpful, they were always trying to help me in the best way they could even during the time I had trouble with my insurance, and I don't know how to be more grateful for their kindness and help. They basically saved my life in some degree.

Fenway Health is a great facility in general. The pharmacy is convenient and the staff is easy to work with if you've been seeing your doctor there. Offers online and phone refills, the best luck I've had is by phone though.
