Poor communication with me, insurance, and doctor. Reject medication orders that have been covered by insurance for 999 days, always running my child out his medication that’s necessary to take daily. No customer service department. I’m surprised a large company like CVS allows this.

They didn't send my cancer medication twice in a row. That's two weeks without my medication.

This place is hit or miss. I have been using them for 2 years and no issues. The last 4 months have been horrible customer service. I get specialty medication shipped to me every 4 weeks. The last shipment was two weeks late due to the lack of responsibility on the representatives end of things, they failed to do things that were important for me to get my medication on time! I will be looking into another pharmacy to get my medication. I am not willing to put my health on the line!

No issues on my end, as long as you keep in touch with them and your prescribing doctors when you’re low on refills and keep your information updated, it will be fine. You’re responsible for your own refills not the pharmacy staff.

From a patient's standpoint, this pharmacy is a nightmare. Countless conversations with them have ended in stress and tears and their response has shown that they could not care less. There have been several occurances where their dropping the ball has forced me to go without prescriptions for a period of time, even DESPITE calling them daily, weeks before I'm out of the med, to make sure everything would go smoothly for once. I think it's time that I switch specialty pharmacies because this pharmacies incompetence is negatively effecting my health.

Over a month. They keep trying to reach my doctor and say they never answer. Every time I call my doctor they pick up. Bunch of monkeys that need hand holding. I have had to 3 way every phone call. Just a bunch of looser who don’t know how to push buttons.

They say they never receive faxes, even though they are faxed in numerous times and even called in. They "didnt receive it" . Very poor customer service, not recommended.

Absolutely awful experience. I don't know how they are in business. Must be a lack of competition. THANK GOD I don't have government health care. That's the only way it could be worse...
