Went in to make a purchase of a seat cushion, none of the 8 I found of the same brand/size were priced. I approached the “consultation” counter, and waited while the woman waited on the customer in front of me. After she finished, she walked away from this section of the counter to the end, then walked passed me twice, made direct eye contact and said nothing, no hi, no I’ll be right with you, nothing. She did however yell down to “Nick” I believe and asked if “was all that was left to be entered?”... walked back passed me nearly going to do so again without any acknowledgment, and slightly leaned back to ask “do you need a prescription filled?” Mind you I’m holding a 18” pillow cushion, but okay maybe I could be getting a prescription but then again, I would have needed to be standing at another section of the counter label “RX drop off/pick up”... I replied back saying yes I do need help, I need a price check because none of these cushions are priced. She yelled down to “Nick”, “do you know how much these cushions are?”, His response- “umm I don’t know, they’re a decent price for those though, I think $17 or $18.” She echoed the same as what “Nick” said. I am not here to negotiate or buy on an estimation, I want a price and to buy it. So I politely told her “Thank you but thanks anyway”, and left. I’m now head to buy it from somewhere else, gel insulated, PRICES, and technically rated better quality over the brand Neighborhood Pharamacy carries, and for $14.99. I tried to support and shop at a small business but apparently the concept of customer service is lost here.

Nothing bad to say about this pharmacy. Andrew the pharmacist is the nicest, most generous person I have ever met. He is always putting others first and there to help in any way that he can. The girls there are very nice as well. Very friendly, and welcoming pharmacy.

This is honestly the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Andrew (the pharmacist) will do anything he can to get you your prescriptions at a decent cost. He goes out of his way to help people in whatever way he can, and genuinely cares for his customers. All of the techs are awesome as well!

Been going to this pharmacy for a few years or more.The pharmacist Andrew and Steve are real nice and polite.Every time I call or visit (she)I think everyone knows her says the same thing"nasty." There are many of people out there who are unemployed who would love and appreciate the opportunity. Always complaining,bad mood.Who's the customer here? Performs rudely in customers presents.Finally leaving after many years of Negative experiences.Shame!

I will never use another pharmacy after working with Andrew and his team. I always feel comfortable and confident when asking questions about my medications. I have been on a very strong dose of acne medication for months now, which means I have many side effects. I have always been helped with topicals and medicated chapsticks to help ease the side effects of the medication. A lovely team!!

Every time I come in to the pharmacy my wait time is fast , CVS , Walgreens , they don't have nothing on this place ! Angie the young lady that took my refills couldn't have had better customer service , that alone will keep me coming back . Instead of just saying "thanks have a good one" she said "I hope you have a wonderful day" sometimes a change in words is all you need ! Support local business guys !!!

Andrew and his techs always come thru for me make sure i always get ahat i need on time. Beat pharmasist and pharmacy around . They really care about the well being of the customer and try they best to do whatever they can to help .about a year ago the texhs were rude and they replaced rhem . Love em all !

Andrew the pharmacy manager and Angie the tech tell more stories then doctor Seuss wrote. The most uncaring unprofessional group I have ever seen in Baltimore in this one place. If you want to see a cluster just pop on in.. I wouldn’t buy a milk bone at this rip shack of a pharmacy.

One word to describe what is magical about this little mom & pop-like pharmacy: ANDREW. And if you didn't see it the first time, ANDREW. Amazingly friendly-even under a tremendous load. I told him they must be considering him for sainthood. KUDOS, on a fantastic hire Dr. Mince! We will never go anywhere else. Thank You For Your Professionalism & Constant Concern.

My mother had her prescriptions here, and after the first few deliveries, the level of customer service eroded to nothing. They promised delivery of prescriptions by 6-7 pm and no one showed up. Then, they failed to properly enter credit card info or call the customer to rectify it, and then dispatched the delivery staff to collect cash without the ability to give a receipt. Final straw was prescriptions that took over two weeks to fill, leaving my mother without medications for 3 days. We were very disappointed. Update: The owner immediately offered his personal number to me to discuss and potentially rectify the situation after this review was posted, and while my review stands, I respect that effort on his part.

Northern Pharmacy is an exceptionally competent store with a friendly neighborly atmosphere. The customer service is both efficient and amicable, even during the rushes. The Head Pharmacist Doctor Kachur operates from a genuine, altruistic core. He’s friendly, transparent and draws from his extensive pharmaceutical knowledge to give customers the best health value for their money. I’ve noticed he has an excellent rapport with customers from all walks of life and treats them the same as he treats me—with respect, resourcefulness, and warmth. This is a pharmacy run the old fashioned way—with consistent efficiency, quality, and a friendly ethos. That’s why I am a loyal and grateful customer.
