Catonsville Pharmacy was recommended to me by a friend who worked at a nearby big name grocery store when he frequently saw me waiting in line at the pharmacy in the store where he worked. He told me that most of the time I would only have to wait for about 15 minutes for my Rx to be filled. He was right. I have a few prescriptions a month filled at this pharmacy and I have received fast and friendly service 100% of the time. I hope business is good for them because I would surely miss them if they weren't in my neighborhood.

We have three family members who all have chronic health problems. After dealing with several chain pharmacies we switched to Catonsville Pharmacy. We have been there for over five years now and couldn't be more thrilled with the level of service and care we receive here. In a world of insurance and Dr issues they go out of their way to help. They truly care for you a d your family. I recommend them over and over again. Truly part of the community!

My 1st experience. They were very busy today and didn't get to their phone calls as quickly as I would have liked but when I spoke to the pharmacy Tech they were very helpful and very professional .I will use them again .

This is the ONLY pharmacy to use in the Baltimore area. They are knowlegeable, efficient, and above all else customer friendly!! It's like being assisted by friends. When I need over-the-counter drugs they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. If they do not have what you need they will order it. AND no lengthy wait times. I shattered my ankle in Miami last year and they sent me via mail all of my medicine at no charge! Angels each and everyone of them. I will be eternally grateful to this pharmacy and eternally loyal! Thank you Catonsville Pharmacy for being the personal neighborhood pharmacy we can depend on! You totally rock every time!!!

I wouldn’t even have given them a single star. I had to drive 34 miles to this place just to pick up a UPS package and I reached at 6:32PM in stead of before 6:30PM (their closing time). I understand that I was just 2 minutes late. But they didn’t even open their door to talk to me. So much for ‘courtesy’. Forget friendliness. Utterly disappointed.

My package was dropped off at this location because it is a UPS Access Point...I was told rudely that my package was not there and that they cant do anything for me...I immediately called UPS to find out what was going on...the operarator assured me the package was in fact there...I went back into the store, while I had the operator on my phone and miraculously the package was now there...the access points are set up to make things simple, this was anything but that...I wasted 45mins of my life because they didnt want to properly help me which is unfortunate....I cannot attest to thier other business practices but I can definitely say thier customer service is very awful.

Since the finksburg pharmacy thing happened and Neil isnt there alot now this pharmacy has gone way done hill. Poor customer service and the older lady pharmacist always seems to be having the worst possible day ever. The staff that answers the phone are very discourteous and phone or in person they do NOT wish to go the extra mile for a customer, which is why i started going there many moons ago, im in process of transferring all my prescriptions and my families to CVS and mail order, at least they care and are nice when u need help. Im truly hurt my neighborhood pharmacy is not caring about its neighborhood clients. Shame.

I have used Catonsville Pharmacy for the past 17 years. They are great! They have always been kind and very professional. about a decade ago I moved to Pennsylvania for a couple of years and while I was there I kept using Catonsville because thier kind of customer service was worth the drive. I'm on a lot of meds and they have made everything so easy, especially with the diabetes supplies which were a nightmare with other pharmacys. Now they deliver my prescriptions for free and always contact me to let me know if there are problems with refills. You can't get better service. I saw a couple of low ratings on this site and am dumbfounded on how anyone can give Catonsville Pharmacy anything less than 5 stars. I would give them 6 if I could.

I don't think this is the worst pharmacy in the world, but I've consistently had terrible service when trying to use this pharmacy to get prescriptions. Going by my previous experiences, I would strongly suggest going to a different pharmacy if you want to be able to get your prescriptions on a timely basis.
