I love the local aspect of this place as they are fairly inexpensive and I’m not a fan of CVS/Rite Aid. the people are pretty nice. BUT almost every time I come in for my prescription they are completely out of it. A very common medication. Even have given me the wrong or different dose of my medication on three separate occasions without warning me ahead of time. Which messes me up a lot! Extremely frustrating. Have always been loyal to Arnold Pharmacy, but I think it’s time to switch.

The whole staff at Arnold Professional pharmacy are wonderful. They are all very helpful,knowledgeable & so very nice. It's a pleasure to go in there. They go the extra mile for their customers. When I have had trouble with insurance they always help me work it out. They let me know if there is a medical contraindication between medicine. They are prompt,courteous,helpful,kind and go well above & beyond. I recommended a friend there & they helped her get all set up even delivering her medicines & she told me that they were fantastic. Of course I already knew that.

We come to this pharmacy for compounding of a cat medication - fluoxetine for feline aggression. We were using Wedgewood but when they ran out of fluoxetine we were directed here by our vet. I have found the folks at Arnold Professional Pharmacy to be outstanding. Very responsive and helpful. We are swapping any prescriptions we have to them - just good people.

I feel that I need to add to the many other wonderful reviews of Arnold Professional Pharmacy. I've always had some type of illness, my entire life, so I have dealt with many, many pharmacies. However, when I became chronicly ill with a very rare disease, which left me with paralysis, it was a blessing when I found this pharmacy. I love to support small businesses, however, I have always been guilty of giving the big name pharmacies my buisness just because it usually was cheaper and more convenient, or so I thought. Until, I was written a script for a medication that had just came out, and no one had it! It's not cost efficient for a pharmacy to take a risk and order stock of a brand new medication, because they don't know if they can move it, or if it will sit on their shelves. Arnold Professional Pharmacy had it! This was back in 2012 or 2013 and I have used them since. Neil is absolutely amazing. I'm never embarrassed to drop off any type of medication, and he has always gone above and beyond, not just for me, but everyone I know too! When I moved away for a year and came back, he remembered me, and has been so wonderful in helping me understand all the crazy insurance nonsense! He's very compassionate and preforms his job better than anyone I have ever dealt with at a pharmacy, my entire life. His entire staff is lovely too. I'm fairly young, and was discharged from a nursing home recently, and he has helped make my transition a lot easier. So please do yourself a favor, don't go to CVS or Safeway (they have long wait times, anyway), deal with someone personable like Neil, and allow his pharmacy to be a part of your healthcare. And they have lollipops with their contact info on them, if that doesn't draw you in, then you must be defective ;)

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been too. Leaving on a trip, my physicians office did not get prescription over, Kevin called my on call doctor to get prescription, called to let me know they had it ready. Very personable and know your medications and you.

This pharmacy is unreliable with time estimates for prescriptions. They are also disorganized as it took minutes to even get a status of my order. After waiting almost an hour past the promised time, the owner was extremely defensive and pointed to the “plaques on theIr wall” as a justification as to why it was ok to waste almost an hour of my time. There are many other compound pharmacies in MD. If you value your time at all, I would recommend to go elsewhere.

The service is far better than any chain store pharmacy. Neal is very understand and will go out of his way to help you as will the rest of the staff who are very friendly and knowledgeable. Getting my 4 or 5 monthly prescriptions filled is quick. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. I drive past 6 or 7 other pharmacies to get there, it's worth it!
