Best experience! So helpful when I had a newborn and spent time explaining everything to me. In addition to speaking with the insurance company on my behalf and providing at home deliveries. Ask to speak to the manager with any issues, she will spend QT.

You won't get the extended hours and online support of a chain pharmacy, but having a pharmacist who knows you and takes care to help you manage your specific issues is worth it. I have special needs due to dye allergies, and they always check to be sure I'll be OK with new pills, and they keep my regular meds in stock. When I call, they know who I am. Really good people who care deeply about their profession - support their business and everyone wins.

I tend to enjoy using small business pharmacies instead of the large establishments and after moving to the area recently, I decided to try out AME. I didn’t find them helpful with insurance needs or questions. I’m going to try another suggested local pharmacy.

If you’re looking for an establishment that has a decent manager that actually cares about their customers and makes sure that THEIR mistakes don’t cause you to be without your medications...go to Catonsville Pharmacy.
