I always shop at this Target. It's a short drive from home and never too busy. I have never had an experience worth complaining about. But last night, something was different. The WHOLE store was flawless! I complimented two employees on it while there, because I walked the whole thing, and I couldn't find one thing that didn't look perfectly placed. Nice work! I love Target, and I hope the staff is proud of the work they've been doing there. FIVE STARS!

This store needs so major help! The entire place needs to be re-done... it’s extremely outdated, unorganized, and dark. The pajamas are spread out over several areas, the clothing is a mess, and the store keeps TWO of the 15+ registers open. Corporate needs to come help!!!

Serious change needs to happen in the over the counter pharmacy department. It's a waste of time to come to Target when the product you came in for is not available. “holes in stock” is a understatement. Today’s examples: Only 1 container of large Neosporin in stock, limited stock of large Airborne, no stock of 4-way nasal spray (I don't think they even carry it). Other recent problems include a limited or missing supply of Vitamin E oil. I remember at least 5 times in the last year I've tried to come to Target but have walked out empty handed. Let me know if you'd like me to start sending a detailed list of everything missing... Customers have to drive by a Target in order to get to a competitor who stocks what the customer needs....

A lot less crowded than Walmart and staff is more friendly. The grocery selection isn't the greatest, but not a big deal. Pricing is reasonable, and if you ever need to do a return it's easy and fast.

5 stars for customer service and the store manager (supervisor?), Joe. Had a very complicated issue I needed resolved and Joe was very kind, patient and understanding. It took a awhile to work through everything but he was able to resolve the issue and I left feeling very pleased with the result. Before going in I was very frustrated but left a happy customer. Definitely will be back to shop again!

Great store, I just wish they had more variety in food options. Being used to the options of Target stores in Minneapolis, I was so disappointed at the selection; only a few aisles and almost a complete lack of vegetarian and ethnic foods.

This location might be the worst Target I’ve ever been in to. Unfortunately it’s the only one within 40 mins from my house so I’ve been obligated to go twice. The first time I forgave them for. I thought the lack of stock and messy store could have had something to do with end of summer sales and back to school shopping, but then I went a few weeks later and it was worse than the first time. Workers block aisles with carts for restocking, and when you run your cart into it to see if they notice they don’t flinch or even acknowledge your presence. And it wasn’t the younger employees that weren’t working... it was the middle aged workers doing absolutely nothing. This store needs new management and workers clearly, because it currently looks like it’s going out of business.

I've had to speak with the manager on more than one occasion about the lack of professionalism of their employees. I just no longer go to this location. Sometimes I just want to get headphones and don't feel like having conversations about discrimination and biased attitudes. I really don't like going to many locations in South county. This is only the second time I've been in a Target and will more than likely be my last. From the parking lot to the bathrooms to the entire store.... Just plain filthy! Trash everywhere! Clothes in the floor, stacked in piles. Of all the employees we had seen only one had a friendly smile and good customer interaction. This Target made Shopko or Walmart look like Macy's

Every time I go they only have 2 cashiers working in front. They have about 5 people in there lane, and then after about five minutes they call others to come to help. Everyone behind me rushes to new lanes and I get stuck behind the cashier who likes to chit chat with everyone and not so there job. By the time I get to the front everyone that was behind me is leaving and I'm still waiting for cashier to finish my order.

I just had the most horrible time at this target. I really was hoping after the remodel things would have improved. However they have not. I was in line with my groceries out, there was 2 people in front on me, the card reader went down, fair, I get it. So I have to put all my stuff back in my cart and go to the next lane. Well by the time I got there, their were 3 new people in line. The cashier said I was going to be next but once people were in line they didn't do anything about it. I spoke to the manager or who they said was. I left my items, then proceeded to ask for the actual store manager, not the floor manager. They get me the same kid again! Then I ask for someone else and she did care in the slightest. Finally once I left I called the store and actually takes to the REAL MANAGER. She was understanding, however if I could have actually talked to her at the store most likely I would have still bought my items but because of the lack of training and customer service they lost a red card holder and a 20 year customer to that location. I will never shop at a target ever again. Then I called to cancel my red card. I was put on hold, then needed to explain why I wanted to cancel she then told me to please hold and then hung up on me. Then I had to call back and go through the whole process again. Thankfully the card got cancelled. Doesn't matter if it's in store or their corporate offices, there customer service in the worst!

Biggest complaint is that common items are frequently out of stock, and I haven't yet figured out the stocking pattern to know which days are best to visit. Produce selection is normally of good quality, but again, some items (especially fresh greens, peppers, etc...) are not stocked when we visit.

I purchased a pixel 3xl phone through Tech on a Target promotion of $450 off $950. Dishonest. I'm charged $599 on the promotion instead of $400. Texts to prove it. Ongoing battle for correction. Still unresolved. Penny wise, pound foolish is the attitude. Just give me what I came in for. Documentation is proof. I've contacted google, Verizon, and Target Corp. Office. Fix the simple problem! It's costing you exposure and revenue loss!

Never realized why I didn't shop here since my last visit years ago, seeing it recently solved the mystery: racially exclusive, products are cheap Chinese counterfeits, manic operator is constantly yelling at her subordinates over a walkie talkie. Pros: Parking lot is nice and ... uh ... it's not as busy as good local Michigan businesses and popular items are usually out of stock, so you can finish shopping quickly and leave. Will be shuttered like Kmart soon enough, that's a plus, too! The interior and exterior are well lit.

Their pharmacy was much better when it was a Target pharmacy. We've had nothing but problems at various CVS branch pharmacy's around town and had high hopes that they would keep the same quality they had, but alas, that was not to be. This is my go to target store. Things are almost always in stock. Store is clean and well kept up. I don't think I have ever dealt with a rude employee. ONLY COMPLAINT is that they usually don't have enough cashiers working so checkout can take a while. But.... that's more of a target corporation problem and not this specific store problem.

Returned a gift item without a receipt. Lady took my ID and then needed to swipe adebit/credit card. She then proceeded to tell me hat I had to go pick out an item worth the value of the merchandise I was returning. So I came back with my 1 item and it was .99 short, she then told me I had to pick out something worth a $1. A pack of gum later and I'm shelling out money of my pocket. Wouldn't it been easier to just give a gift card? I'm a little confused as to why they needed my debit/ credit card info. It was just not an enjoyable trip to Target and I don't really think I'll be back anytime soon!

I visited this store today to do some quick shopping. After spending 20 finding a parking spot close enough that I could get inside, mind you I am extremely disabled and can only walk a small distance I unplug 1 of the electric carts and start to sit down when a cart collector pushes me aside and tells me that cart is for someone else sits down and drives off. Now my husband says something to the guy and a manager who takes the side of the employee. Well in my opinion its 1st come 1st serve and that employee should have NEVER shoved me aside in ANY circumstance! And to be so rude is unprofessional by the employee and management period! This company does not care about its customers I'm going back to shopping at Wal-Mart! 0 stars

We bought ear buds Apple at TArget the box was empty on Christmas morning. Tried to return to target “Anton” refused telling us to call apple. We did, they said it was target who needs to refund. The absolute slowest strangest "off" seeming cashiers. There will be a line mounting behind you but the cashiers will slooooowly scan each item and comment about it too and just say other strange offhand awkward comments and shamelessly ask you to open a credit card over and over no matter how many times you politely decilne. Also, the icing on the cake is if you go in up to an hour before close all the employees will scowl at you and even constantly remind you that they are closing in less than an hour and at every target here they follow you to the car and wait not so patiently for you to surrender your cart asap. They mostly hire degenerates who know nothing about customer service. It's like companies that port their calls out to foreign countries to save a buck. Well target hires people that are a complete disaster for a tax write off which is just as bad if not worse in my opinion because you have to deal with these people face to face.

It's Target, it's the Wal-Mart for Minneapolis, because the CEO sits on the Minneapolis city council, so the nearest Wal-Mart for any area is outside of Minneapolis city limits. For example, Bloomington is just outside of Minneapolis and that is not part of Minneapolis government, and then there are a couple of them to the west out of reach for Minneapolis as well.

Extremely bad customer service. The security guard named AZEM treats all the customers like thieves. He will give you extremely hard time when you are shopping, using coupons or even making any returns or exchanges. He will come and interrogate you as if you have committed any crime by shopping or returning anything at target. I HATE THIS STORE! Target has fallen drastically in customer service/satisfaction. Even the employees are not as friendly as they used to be. If they don't make any changes sooner, they might be losing lot of their customers/business and eventually shutting down their stores, just like in CANADA.

Typical GIANT Target. One stop shop for everything. The invemtort here is nothong short of amazing. If you need it in your home they have it from grooming needs to furniture. From shower curtains to baby food. If it goes in your house they probably have it....except for some foods. This is not a supermarket.

Let's just say that she gave us an attitude pretty much the whole time after she came back, and I personally don't think they should have her working with customers.

My shopping experience for the most part was pretty enjoyable. Me, my sister and my mom went makeup shopping and found everything we wanted/needed. We decided to continue shopping but throughout my visit I was followed by 2 or 3 different employees and asked multiple times if I needed help finding something. The first couple of times was fine but It definitely got weird for me. It was just weird and overbearing. Mind you I was carrying 2 products in my hand my total purchase would have been around 12 dollars. I ended up just putting the items back and just wanting to leave because it put such a bad taste in my mouth. I think there is a fine line between loss prevention/ keeping the store safe and making customers uncomfortable. I fully intended on buying the makeup I had and had well over 50 dollars on me. It just sucked. Sorry Target I have bought a lot of products from you but this location needs some work.

I like Target, though I am not a regular shopper. This store is pretty dang great though. Love the parking under the store. Cooler in the summer, convenient in bad weather. It is a huge plus for me, especially since I often have my small grandchildren with me and it's easier not to worry about rain, or getting into an over-heated car in the summer. The store is clean and well-stocked, as most of them are. I usually browse the clearance clothing items which is usually pretty large and wonderfully organized by size.

Turns out you need a receipt or the original box to return a prepaid phone, even if it's only $100. But I had neither, and I called after leaving on my bicycle, and Greg the Manager spent tons of time helping look up my receipt so I could return it. Thank you! Amazing management at this location! Granted the day after Christmas left a couple of shelves bare, but overall a fantastic selection. Very wheelchair friendly! The employees even brought an electrical scooter to one of the handicap bays as I was in too much pain to assemble my own wheelchair. The rebranding effectively enlarged the aisles, and their new products seem better made than IKEA. Price/quality ratio is excellent. My only complaint is they need to make sure that all electrical scooter are plugged overnight.

I've frequented this location for a number of years, having lived in the area for some time, and this is a good place to shop. Even with the current construction, the employees are friendly, helpful, and take the time to make sure their customer's needs are met. If you need help, all you have to do is ask, and they'll be happy to help you. I'm not going to count the construction against the cleanliness, but it's usually well-kept, and I've rarely had issues getting what I need and want. If you want to go to Walmart, but don't feel like pulling your hair out, go to Target. If you want good quality clothes and housewares at a competitive price, go to Target. If you want decent service and a clean location with employees that will acknowledge you and help you, go to Target.

Terrible experience with the manager Penny. She was so rude about having trouble with a gift card I had received by spending over $50 online. She kept telling me it didn’t worn in store and she was going to try the numbers on the email it gave me. Instead of helping me she kept walking away. She froze my order and was letting other people check out (which is fine, while I was figuring it out.) so finally I’m able to get the barcode to load on my phone and she won’t even look at me so I could get her attention so she could show the cashier how to unfreeze my purchase. Then while I was waiting a lady was trying to buy a sweater marks as $8.00 and it keeps ringing up at $13.00 and the manager just said “nope that’s not the price.” And walked away without even going to price check for the lady. Obviously ridiculous. As I was trying to show her proof of getting a gift card she kept acting like I was unimportant and annoying because I needed help as a customer. I use to love target! Usually I go to self check out but today it was full so I went in a actually line and I’m in completely disbelief that one of my favorite stores has such a snot nose attitude. I will not be shopping at target any longer.

Loved my experience when I ordered, shared my location and picked up. I have 4 young kids and intend to use this A LOT. However once I got home, there was an item missing (purchase qty of 2, but only got qty of 1). I went back to the handy Target app and tried to use that to fix the issue. In the app, I clicked on my order and pressed Fix an Issue. I checked the box next to the item, in What's wrong? I selected Missing Item, for Quantity affected I selected 1. A message appeared "It looks like this item is still on the way. This item should be delivered soon. If the item has not arrived after the delivery date, come back to resolve the issue." I would have expected that I could press the Continue button below, but it was still grayed out. So at that point, I tried using the "Help" on the previous screen. When i searched "missing" or "drive" in the help section, nothing applicable was available for Drive-Up orders. I was left to call the store at this point. I tried the store several times, but could not get through. I went in a few days later to find out the phones at the store were down. By the way, the employees were WONDERFUL, got my item immediately and I couldn't have asked for a better response. Mistakes are going to happen, but it would be awesome if the app could be used to fix those mistakes and they could be done through the drive up order lines as well.

Clerks on floor were fun and helpful! Manager up front was watching the cashiers struggle with lots of items...4 lanes open...all had lines 4 plus in line...he overheard me when I said " why aren't they opening another lane". He did cash me out but told me they have "self checkouts you know" pretty disgusting...isn't he there to help? Felt sorry for the cashiers.

Target has always been a favorite shopping destination. However, I'm disappointed I must have a mobile device for the barcode when on-line ordering. As yet, I don't have one....possibly never will!! loll But, Amanda at guest service assured me it wasn't necessary for the barcode, but it was nice when I could just print it and bring it in when picking up my order.

I have such mixed feelings about this target. I love everything about except how THEY REFUSE TO PROPERLY ROTATE THEIR GROCERIES! I buy all of my groceries here. I am a single mother of 3 and what could be a 45 minute in and out grocery run forever turns into an hour and a half due to myself ROTATING THEIR STOCK FOR THEM! Buyers PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ALWAYS check the dates of your grocery purchases! Especially meats, dairy, juices, and anything else considered to contribute to illness of past expiration! I once saw a pack of lunch meat in mid August 2018 that was dated December 2017!!!!!! Turned them in once, nothing changed.

I got to this Target several times a week! Normally it is just fine. I went there yesterday-September 2nd-Labor Day at around 8:00. I went to the self checkout lane closest to to the grocery entrance. I had an item that was not scanning at the sale price. So I hit the button and the person supervising the self checkout came over. She was the rudest person I have ever had at Target. Didn't say a word. Just removed the item and stormed off. I would have thought she would have wanted to look into it and give me the sale price or at least be somewhat pleasant. She clearly did not want to be there. Middle aged woman kind of heavy and with a really bad attitude-also dark hair tied back. Please talk to this lady and remind her no one is forcing her to work there if shes so unhappy!

I pre-ordered a pickup for Target Knollwood's quick drive up service. What a terrible experience. It was my wife's account granted but they would not let me pick it up even though my name was on the confirmation email under pickup person. Get this - they needed the barcode to let me pick up the $35 in groceries - WHICH IS NOT ON THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. How is this my problem? The bar code is on the app the lady said. I said we didn't use the APP. We used our PC which shouldn't be an issue in this era. I've had enough of Target's half-thought-out catch-up play at combating the online stores and distribution. Amazon deserves this business. Target doesn't understand what quick pickup service looks like. I told them they could put my order back on the shelf, canceled the order (which somehow I was able to do) and then left.

Went to the store, had ordered 7 boxes of crackers. Despite having placed my order the day before, and requesting to extend it, I was not notified the store could not fulfill my order. My husband travelled 30 minutes to get one of the boxes I ordered. We were also charged the tax on the entire order, which was not adequately refunded. They did not offer any real assistance to my husband, nor apologize. I feel like I wasted my time, and money.

This store hardly had anything in stock, there were no carts and every check out line was extremely long. I found a check out line that was lit with absolutely no sign saying "closed". I had 1 item to ring up. The cashier told me after I had been standing in line for some time, that I would need to find a new register. Are you kidding me? I had one item and she couldn't ring me up. I walked right out and purchased my item elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

As is always the case with Target (pronounced Tar-jay...lol), I had a plesent experience here today! The store was incredibly organized and very clean. There was no ambiguity or a question about where to find an item. I only bought 3 items tonight, so I didn't have to search the entire store for what I needed. However, please know that for the items I did need, I found them and got them with no chaos. Additionally, there was an associate by the name of Jay who I feel like went above and beyond!!! I was looking for a specific type of milk and learned that---at least at this location--'they don't sell it. But, I appreciate that he scanned the store trying to find it, and even went to the back stock area to check for the item with no success. He certainly didn't have to do that! Thank you, Jay!!! Your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is much appreciated .

I love Target! It's clean and they sell quality products. Even their Up & Up brand is good quality. I always feel happy with my purchases. Employees are kind and helpful. They're currently in process of a remodel, so everything is moved around, but the new departmental layout is great. It flows much better! It's also worth mentioning that they increase their staffing on busy days. They are present throughout the store, offering guidance if you have trouble locating items.
