The manager Paul was very rude to my wife and I as well as his staff who canceled our layaway before it was even due and wouldn't give us our money I would recommend not going here they stole from us with no remorse.

The staff here is great and very kind every time I stop in. Products are generally cheaper than Walmart and they always seem to have some of the highest quality items you can find these days. I've also noticed they have a large selection of made in America products which is one of the biggest reasons I shop here.

Welp this is your last resort, last stop,last everything's. Old gen stuff for sale, products for pre 2000's. Bunch of old water stains in ceiling, the heat inside the building was barely on, it was a chilling experience. Doors left opened that lead to unlimited blackness. Staff that were not properly dressed for a retail environment. Enough lights to light up a foot ball field. Last of all way to many cheap clothes. Place has potential but it is a long shot. Just go to Walmart a hole Mile away, for better prices and better products. Choose Walmart.

Went there twice this week to check out the plants for my deck. Both times the door to outside was locked never got to see the plants. When i asked ifbthere was a reason its always locked up they said because their wasnt much out there. So we went to walmart

Went there today as I order stuff online and the manager Paul was a jerk and extremely rude. The order was returned. As long as Paul works there I will never shop there again.

Ran in to grab a card quick, picked it out in less than a minute, there was only 2 people in front of me but I stood there for 10 minutes and the line still didn’t even move. I ended up leaving and going to Shaw’s across the street, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes.

Why do I have to give 1 star. Too bad 0 isn't an option. Bought a shirt folded and packaged in plastic and it says "Poly Cotton T-shirt". Opening it at home clearly it's not a t shirt. It's a LONG SLEEVE SHIRT. Tall about mislabeling clothing. I'm taking it back tomorrow and shoving it on the counter with the packaging. No wonder they have nothing left in that store. How long before they go under I wonder.

Layaway is a joke stood in line to put on a layaway for an hour! Had a cashier that it was only her second day working alone dealing with a lot of angry people. The cashier was great her name was Allison two other associates Barb and Rebecca were extremely rude to her and customers.

Hardly anything in the store. Lack of camping gear. Employees on register were not skilled at all in customer service. This was at around 8pm Friday evening. Not impressed with it at all.

My experience at Auburn Kmart was the worst I've ever experienced There was no one in the store to help you when I did fine what I was looking for I went to register to make my purchase so at the register was the most disrespectful person to ever deal with throw my clothes in the bag never said Iho never said anything just a attuduted just want to let you know that Kmart in Auburn Maine is gone downhill was a good place but I'll never go back

Where do I start? This company is a flat out embarrassment. Managers and staff are very disrespectful. I worked cashier as a high school student and seen the backstage. They don't care for their products, their customers, their employees and most importantly their school. I'm glad that this waste of a building is closing down. God bless.

I came to Kmart today so I could price check a few things and maybe put a few things on layway, any how the store looks Great, the prices are fair and I found what I was looking for, the only problem I have, is the 20 foot line at the only register opened, I think there maybe a need for another worker on a register, otherwise the store is clean, the bathroom! Is well kept up on. Five Star all day.

This store survives somehow, amid some Kmart/Big K closures and being located so close to Wal-Mart. The lines can tend to move a little slow and don't expect the cheapest prices in town--but far cheaper than some. Being smaller, they don't have the inventory of the aforementioned W store, but they have a fair enough variety of what one might need. My last visit, the restrooms were functional but not impressive and somewhat clean. If you like the feel of the kind of department stores many of us grew up with before W-fever took over, this will suit you fine.

Absolutely horribly staffed. We sat waiting for someone in the jewelry department for 20 mins. Nobody knew who was working that area, nobody wanted to help and the manager went home early. Nice job K-Mart. You are awful

If I could do no stars I would. Awful experience. I left this location in tears, as I got lied to by an employee which the manager(Paul) admitted to me, they pulled all of my items on layaway and put them back(all of my kids presents, as things have been extremely rough this year that is how we had to do it), then only gave me back half of my money that I had paid. This is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, the employee I was dealing with was extremely rude. I don’t recommend doing any business with these heartless, careless employees!
