My experience with this pharmacy isn't the best. Asked for info on a different med for reason of possible future pregnancy and was told to wear condom. When I called to make a complaint the pharmacy tech who answered wouldn't transfer me to a manager he would only transfer my call to the same pharmacy tech I had just spoken to and was trying to complain about. Not a professional place at all! There are several other pharmacies in this state and that's where I choose to go and recommend everyone else do the same.

I've been using ABD for a long time on and off and have used manu pharmacies acrossed the country to manage my condition. But when they really came to prove their worth wasnt't even for me but a friend of mine that had never used them and that whom had no insurance. We needed to get him emergency medication to handle an accidental exposure to tainted blood and the ER only gave us a 1 day dose amd we needed a 30 day supply and the meds were over 1,000$ each amd we had no time to apply for maine care . ABD jumped on it got us in touch with the manufactures set us up with a program to get tjem paod for and had them ready within 3 hours and we got him the full supply on time without missing a beat and without having to go back to the ER. He had been in such a panic and was so hopeless that morning ABD slayed the situation and saved his A$$

This pharmacy goes way above and beyond the traditional retail pharmacy. They helped me with an expired prior authorization that my doctor's office was struggling with. One of their insurance specialists figured out the problem and was able to submit the right paperwork to get my expensive medication covered before my next dose was due. This really relieved a lot of anxiety as I have been hospitalized before due to my condition and I was afraid of missing a dose and didn't want to end up in the hospital if my condition flared up. The shipping is always free and its great to not have to run out to pick medication up. The staff always go out of their way making sure my copay is the lowest possible with all the coupons out there, and they set this up for you! I appreciate the monthly conversations to set up my orders. Even the technicians are really smart and professional. I've talked to many of the pharmacists here too and the conversations are never rushed and they spent a lot of time with me going over my injection when my doctor was first prescribed it. Such a positive difference compared to my old pharmacy. It's great calling in too, because a live person answers the phone and there is no menu to navigate. I'm really happy with the service.
