Very rude and not helpfull. Woman acted as if she was doing me a favor buy answering the phone.She tried to end the conversation several times mid sentence before I had a chance to finish my questions.If you press 1 for customer service, your service will be a 1 out 10. Company needs to value their customer or at least act like it. There is more than one mail order pharmacy. I was so taken back about her uncareing attitude I failed to get her name. Bottom line is I will be calling back to express my treatment to someone in charge that cares about their customers in an attempt to help someone from being treated so bad in the future.
