I went to Ray’s today around 2 pm to find a particular gauze for an open wound. I had previously been to four different stores looking for this product. Everyone was very helpful in suggesting where I might find the product, except at Ray’s on Versailles. I walked in and was looking around for someone to help me. There were four women talking and laughing in an office and two of them looked at me and kept talking. The girl at the counter was waiting on someone at the window and as she stood less than three feet from me waiting on the pharmacist, she never acknowledged me. When she finally asked me if I needed help, I told her what I was looking for, asked the pharmacist and said they didn’t carry it. She said she didn’t know where I could find it. After going to two more stores, the sweet, helpful people who work at the Pill Box directed me to Ray’s Pharmacy at Cabrini Hospital. That is where I found the product. I wish the employees at Ray’s on Versailles would have been more helpful and courteous and told me I could find it at the other store. Won’t go there anymore.
