Crossroads on 28E. (near Stilley Rd.) Helpful & Friendly staff. Know most of their customers and greet you by name. Many times have best prices compaired to the "big stores" and also offer delivery on certain days/times which is great if you are just too sick to pick up your medicine. Additionally, there is an awesome gift shop that has lots of unique and "few of a kind" items so your gifts always stand out!

April the pharmacist and owner is incredible. If you are looking for a pharmacist who will take care of your family, this is the place. She went above and beyond to take care of my daughters medicine that she needs for her seizures. She made multiple calls and met us after hours just to make sure we were taken care of. We have dealt with the other pharmacies in the area and they just aren't the same.

They are the best pharmacy I've used,they know you so well that when u just walk in they already know exactly what rx to fill and they even let you do incremental pick-up And they're so kind to everyone and people like me with no insurance they will work with you that they'll let you get a 2 day supply of all ur meds and if you are due for your refill and it's on a Saturday or Sunday they'll let you have your rx early B.C. they know you gotta have most important rx bc you will b really sick if u miss even a 12 hour dose!! #Wwcxd also I. Wish that they would accept Good rx bc that would help me out so much

Not a lot of pharmacies like this out there anymore. Next to Asher MccAdams in Burlington, Crossroads is one of the few great small private pharmacies left that can compete with chains. I go to them as much as I can. If they carried a different manufacturer I'd go nowhere else. Both girls/ladies and their dogs are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Was at CVS for years..... when you had any questions most employees at CVS seemed to have an attitude and as if they were doing you a favor mentality when talking to you about your medication. Crossroads is what a pharmacy should be. They are professional and treat you like a patient/Customer not another number. Either on the phone or at the counter they will take the time to discuss your personal needs and all medications. So glad a friend recommended them to me. I will gladly drive five more minutes to not deal with the other Pharmacy down the road.

Great staff,very kind,and even when they're slammed packed they still have the medicine ready in less than 20 minutes tops. Also if you don't have insurance, they'll work out payment plans but always try to help you any way they can!!

This is the most pleasant pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Everyone is exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. The pharmacist is very friendly and goes out of her way to help you and explain things to you! She's patient and takes the time to listen and answer your questions! No matter what's going on, she always has time to talk! If you want personal attention and handling of your drug needs, in a relaxed environment, this is the drugstore!

I love coming to this pharmacy! They know who I am, I am always greeted with a smile and respect. They were very helpful when I was traveling and my doctor changed my prescriptions while away. They helped make it possible for me to get my prescription back while in a different state and no issues! Far cry from m the other pharmacies I have worked with. So glad I was one of their first customers. I transferred over as soon as they opened.

The proprietors of this pharmacy put the CVS pharmacy down the street to shame with their friendly and knowledgeable staff, they are extremely quick and seem genuinely interested in their customers as people, not just numbers. Also, the prices of their prescription drugs are always lower than CVS, or anywhere in the area for that matter.
