They sold the drug store. New owners. New policies that have been implemented and ones that have been taken away is a very big hassle .was 5 stars befor the owner switch. Used to take 15 minutes to get my script waiting now its 30 minutes to a hour for a waiter.

I had a bad experience with customer service. I had some questions about my prescriptions and she made me feel Like I was bothering her. She wasn’t friendly at all. She was very aggravated to explain anything to me. She was very short and before she hung up I heard her say “these people”. I may be older but you shouldn’t allow people that work for you to have a negative attitude and be rude to customers. It takes one bad apple to ruin a business. I really thought this pharmacy would be better than CVS or Walgreens, but I was very wrong. I will say they are faster, but good service and friendly staff are what I look for, and they don’t have it at this time. They lost our business because of it.
