Great at filling my orders when I leave them a message. Very friendly and professional. I also know they ACTUALLY do all they can to help people find the means to get their medication which is why I use them and am happy to give them my business. If you have insurance and are thinking to go somewhere closer to you I encourage you to think about the people they help without insurance and do your bit to enable them to keep doing that. We are all in this together.

The staff members at Avita are knowledgable and friendly. Anytime I visit the office, they greet me and provide me with excellent customer service. I recieve my meds by delivery. It is quick and easy. I call in my refills and my meds are delivered to my doorstep within a day or two. Lloyd (the head Pharmacist) is kind, patient, and always willing to answer any questions you may have. If you are looking for a new pharmacy, I would suggest AVITA!

They never answer the phone, just keep hanging up. Sometimes said please wait and after waiting more than 7 minutes they simply hanging up again.

All the staff at Avita are very knowledgeable and friendly people. They also offer free delivery, even to the West Bank. I highly recommend this specialty pharmacy to anyone who has health care needs which are too complicated for your local Walgreens or CVS. They handle prior authorizations with my insurance, they contact my Doctors’ office and make sure they send the proper paperwork to the insurance before my prescription runs out.

My experiences with Avita Drugs have been great! I have had occasion to go into the pharmacy and all of the employees were alert, friendly, and responsive to my needs. I regularily get medications delivered and have been delighted with this system. On the possible one or two times that I did not receive a drug I ordered, the staff responded quickly and approiately to recitfy the problem. I sometimes have need to call and leave messages after hours, before noon on the following day I am getting a call to address my needs. I love Avita Drugs. Thanks for your service.
