I usually have a good experience but i saw a different doctor because mine was doing rounds at the hospital the one i saw today put me in a room with food all over the floor and the ultrasound gel on the floor im not sure if it was cleaned at all. Also doctor seemed not to care about what i had to say and just seemed to want to get me out of there as quickly as possible

Web refill order system doesn’t work. Pharmacy doesn’t respond to emails. Called and the call dropped and they never returned call even though they had my account open.

Not even worth one star. For an organization claiming to be “the best in Kansas City” their pharmacy staff is completely incompetent. Miscommunication and blatant disregard for patient concerns is very reflective of the lack of pride the techs and pharmacists have for their organization. We have waited for medications only to be told days later that the script was ready days ago. A lot of blame is put on the doctors who don’t submit scripts correctly but there is no initiative to resolve the problem. Come to find, 9 times out of 10 it’s not doctor error. A waste of your time and money.

Parking is the absolute WORST! If you can have it shipped I highly recommend! Or have someone drop you off and drive around in circles until you are ready for pickup!

We were told a 30 minute wait for Mom’s meds before being discharged from the hospital. After 3.5 hours the medicine was ready.

You will wait FOREVER to be seen but when you do you will get quality care
