Always very polite and never wait very long for my prescription,also one day it was very hot and I was dehydrated felt as if I was going to pass out when I pull up at the drive thru on State St in New Albany,and I ask the pharmacist tech who was assisting me if she could by chance give me some water,she said sure and came right back with what seemed to be maybe her own personal mug filled with water ,to some may of been just a cup of water ,but to me it really meant alot

I do believe that after today's trip i will be looking for another pharmacy to fill my my medication. I called them at around 9am today found out i needed a new script ok called my Drs office got it sent over. I called before coming here to see if they had it. Gave them a good 40 min notice that i was coming to pick up. Get here about 1145 was told to go to the 3rd window while she grabbed my prescription that was 20 min ago so my husband decided to go back inside whats the point of a drive thru. Had an issue with the jeff location anthony apologized but just wow an apology doesnt always fix it. I am 90% positive that i will NOT return not after today. Edit: Chad at the sellersburg location took care of me got my insulin situation fixed an approved by my insurance. Im giving another chance which I normally do not give a 3rd chance but chad was awesome. From now on i will only go to sellersburg.

Ever feel like the big box pharmacy you use could care less if you get your medicine or not? Well Westmoreland Pharmacy is the absolute opposite of the big box impersonal norm. With customer service so good that after a visit or two I was amazed to hear a big "Hello Bob, how are you?" every time I walk in the door with a team of pharmacist’s and great technicians that will be in your corner with insurance issues instead of just shrugging and throwing the issue immediately back to the prescribing doctor. Westmoreland Pharmacy is so customer service oriented compared to the other pharmacy's that the only thing missing is the 1950's style soda fountain...but make no mistake, Westmoreland is a highly technical pharmacy with many awards for its compounding pharmacy capabilities.

I was one of Anthony’s first customers when he opened, seems like approximately 15 years ago. He is one of the few compounding pharmacists, and he is incredibly knowledgeable about herbal remedies. Chad and Anthony always make me feel like I’m a VIP. I moved and will still drive 40 miles to buy products from him. I still refer family, friends, and strangers I meet to Westmoreland Pharmacies. Such friendly, professional, customer service! I adore them!

I love Westmoreland, from calling to check if a prescription is ready to dropping off a prescription they make you a priority, and get you taken care of fast. The staff is very friendly, and the ability to get a smoothie while waiting makes any trip very pleasant.

Chad the pharmacist at the store close to Sellersburg is great as are most of the employees there. However I have had many problems with the delivery people and I have no idea why. Three times my meds were to be delivered but never shown up. I have no idea why it's so difficult for the delivery person to get my medicine to me. Other than that i have no complaints I guess. Honestly if it weren't for Chad I would take my business elsewhere, he is very professional and kind any time I have needed help.
