I attempted to pick up a medical device for my mother on last Friday. With this being my first time visiting this place, I approached the counter where the lady behind the pharmacy asked if I needed assistance. I informed her who I was there to speak to. She informed me that he was with the general manager and should be down in the next few minutes. I waited in the pharmacy waiting area as asked. When the man came down, he was informed that he had two customers waiting to see him and that I was first. The man continued with the other customer first. The lady behind the pharmacy counter even looked in disbelief as he disregarded me. Then he finally came around to where I was. As I started talking to him about why I was there, he began getting frustrated with me. I called my mother while I was in the store so she could inform me, again, of who she spoke to and what the agreement was exactly. Once I told the guy, he called the lady on the phone that made these arrangements with my mom. Even when trying to figure out the specifics of everything, the man was extremely rude and agitated. He would cut me off while I was explaining or trying to understand how things were being worked out about the issue and made unnecessary comments that had nothing to do with the issue at hand. When asked to speak with the manager the man was rude when he snapped at me and said he wasn't there. Then I asked for the manager's contact information. The man finally provided me with the general manager's business card.

I have been using Vyto's Pharmacy for about 6-8 months. I met a couple of their employees (Najeeb and Ash) at the health club (Omni) I have been going to for many years. They took an interest with my struggles with my condition (Degenerative Neuromuscular Disease, Similar to MS) and wanted to help. They had me try a couple health supplements and have followed up with me to see how they worked. It has helped. They are good people and continue to help me. I now come here whenever I need something.

This place is wonderful. The people really know what they are talking about and will spend the time to explain the products to you. It has an old time pharmacy feel that you can't get other places. I love that they text you when your prescription is ready!
